高層視野開闊，看海是真美，前後陽台都是全景！小區新建的環境不錯，停車也方便，入口有美宜佳便利店，步行7分鐘就是美食街、商業廣場，晚上在摩天輪下有放煙花挺熱鬧的。房間、衞生間還算寬敞整潔，前台服務態度很好，出小區步行3分鐘就能到沙灘上玩了，這邊是銀沙灘拍照打卡都不錯👍👍👍一年四季温度適宜，海鮮到大潤發樓下商鋪買較便宜，到餐館加工一下就好了。天熱來沖浪天冷來避寒還是可以的！

房間乾淨，實在的海景房，房間以外的環境還不夠完善，地下車庫沒裝修好，好亂好臟，而且沒燈，車衹能停地面，可能樓高水比較小，其他都不錯，客服態度也挺好。
