首先這個設施感覺比較老舊，玻璃都是壞的，嚇我一跳，你有損壞的沒有關係，你要找一個東西把它貼一下，或者客户入住的時候要告訴玻璃是壞的，但不影響使用，要有一個提前告知給客户一個提醒

希望前台接待人員的服務能再耐心些、態度再温和些，早餐另收費，沒在酒店用餐，房間設施一般，不寬敞，臨街，早上比較吵。
