Pullman hotel is always a great choice when staying in Yantai. It's got a great location next to the Wanda Plaza which has good shopping and restaurants, as well as across the street from this very ancient style looking area which also has good shopping, restaurants, and some bars. Rooms are very clean and our view of the ocean was great. The staff is very polite and helpful from when i checked in to when I checked out, only person's name I remember was Alice Sun. There is also a really cool robot that can bring your food deliveries up to your room if you ask. The only recommendation I would have is it would be really great if there was a more direct pathway to the Wanda Plaza. Currently, you have to walk out the front of hotel and walk around the entire corner to get to the Wanda Plaza. Not a big deal at all but it would be great if there was a pathway or steps from when you exit the hotel, go directly to your left into the parking lot and can walk right down to the Wanda Financial Center over to the Wanda Plaza. Saves you an extra few minutes. :)

Position is great. Just across the road from the seafront. Easy strolling distance to Yantai Hill etc. Nice views of Yantai and the sea. The pool and gym are very good. Breakfast has lots of variety both Chinese and English, although it would be nice to have seen more local seafood or other specialities. All in all, the experience is reliably smooth, comfortable, iif a bit cold and corporate. One piece of feedback is although the gym and showers are great, my experience of these was seriously compramised by a number of fellow guests hawking up in the showers, sinks and even in the pool itself. This is not only disgusting, but also a serious health risk in the current situation. While I understand that is difficult to control imdividual guests' behaviour, perhaps some signs would help?

This hotel is amazing, and I mean it! The location is perfect for everything: there are major sites, the sea, the beach. It was the best sea view you could hope for! Both the buffet and a la carte are delicious and affordable (and with the view as well). Special thanks goes to the staff and the cervice. Everyone was super helpful, attentive, polite and professional. Serena at the front desk answered every possible question and assisted with everything! The room has all the facilities you could wish for and lots of complimentary water and fruits. I will definitely come again and recommend it to friends.

1. The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation. There is a bus stop right outside the door. You can take the No. 17 double-decker bus (but there are too many people). It feels like it is only more than 100 meters away from the first bathing beach. You can walk for a few minutes and cross the road to get there. Turn right and there is a 711 convenience store a few dozen meters away. It is very convenient to buy food and drinks. The hotel is only more than one kilometer away from Chaoyang Street, Yantai Mountain, and Suochengli, which are all within walking distance for us. 2. Maybe because it is the off-season, the hotel has upgraded to a sea view room. The first-line sea view is very beautiful. It is so comfortable to sit in front of the window to eat snacks, browse the phone, and watch the sea view. 3. The hotel room is not expensive and the area is not small. Although the room facilities may be a little old, it does not affect the use. The overall cost performance is very high. 4. The receptionist at the front desk has a good attitude and patience, and promised to help the children express car toys.

I booked a family room with my parents for one day. After checking in, I was very satisfied and immediately extended my stay for another day. The room facilities and services are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed with my parents in the past ten days, regardless of the guest rooms and meals. There was welcome fruit on the day of check-in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner on the next day were all eaten in the hotel restaurant. The housekeeping staff did not knock on the door to ask if we wanted to clean the room. They only asked after we left the room. I must praise this hotel. It was a temporary change the night before coming. It was so smart! The hotel is full of details. On the first day, I saw the hypoglycemic medicines I had placed, prepared roses, bitter melons, etc., and apple water. The pillows in the hotel were too high on the first night, so I just put them aside without thinking about them. I don’t live in Yantai now. I just came back to live here. The service is in place. The room is big and clean. There is fruit and mineral water supply every day. When I check out, the cleaning staff cleans the room, and they send us to the elevator with a smile on their faces. This service attitude is not necessarily available in five-star hotels.
