Hotel with magnificent decor and style but lack of activities to occupy customers outside the period. Very disappointing animations. Brief cleaning with dirty duvet put without covers, bed just refinished during the 4 days with sheets that come apart every night. Uncomfortable bedding. Very disappointed at this level. Good food but always the same menus offered. nothing new during the 4 days

Superb hotel with magnificent castle-style architecture. Very kind staff. Too bad we had a problem with the heating, but by asking kindly we received the loan of electric heating during our stay. Varied food. I recommend 👍

Nous avons passé 7jours à l'hôtel Lella baya et nous sommes satisfaits. D'abord l'architecture est admirable Les chambres sont spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements et nettoyées quotidiennement. Le restaurant est très propre les nappes sont elles aussi très propres et changées après chaque repas. Les serveurs et le personnel sont actifs, sympas, gentils et toujours à l'écoute. La nourriture est certes variée mais pas très savoureuse ( le petit déjeuner n'est pas très riche c'est toujours la même chose) La piscine est adaptée à tous les âges, propre et bien entretenue. La plage n'est pas très fréquentée, il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde on s'y baigne alaise. L'équipe d'animation n'est pas très qualifiée mais ils sont tous respectueux ainsi que les soirées toujours dans le respect des familles.

Cet hôtel est juste horrible, la propreté n’en parlons pas , la nourriture est médiocre, une équipe d’animation qui essaye de relever le niveau mais animateur peu présent! Personnel peu aimable! La piscine est top mais le mobilier qui l’entour est juste détérioré!

A part le hall d entrée qui est une belle vitrine, le reste est indigne d un 4 étoiles. Le service en salle est médiocre, il faut aimer aller à la chasse aux couverts, aux verres. Longues files d attente pour avoir un peu de viande, répétitif et tout est tiède et pas appétissant. Cuisine vraiment médiocre et une partie des serveurs désagréable. Manque d hygiène au self service ou au service (on nous a donné des couverts déjà utilisés) L animation est correcte. Le pain... misère Je ne reviendrai pas pourtant nous venons en Tunisie pour la treizième fois. C est la première fois que cela nous arrive.

Pour une première expérience à Lela beya. J'étais vraiment déçu. Mauvaise équipe d'animation qui ne fait pas les activités dans le temps est ils ne fais pas les contacts avec les clients et les soirées d'animation mauvaises car il n'y a pas de variété dans le spectacle. Malheureusement la réputation de l'hôtel ne correspond pas à la réalité.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Lella Baya. Die Architektur des Hotels ist hervorragend gemacht 👍. Zimmer landestypisch eingerichtet und sauber. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war immer gut und die Auswahl meistens ausreichend. Die Animation war soweit in Ordnung 👍. Wir würden uns wünschen, dass bei allen Gerichten die Bezeichnung in verschiedenen Sprachen angebracht wäre,auch bei den Salatsoßen und Salaten. Ebenso wäre es von Vorteil,wenn in allen Gerichten Löffel bzw Schöpfkellen sind. Was uns wirklich entsetzt hat,war der viele Plastikmüll am Strand und leider auch im Meer 😭,da sollte man allgemein etwas dagegen tun🙏.
