Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

We enjoyed our stay

My mom, sister and I stayed for a week and absolutely enjoyed this trip! The entire hotel and room were extremely clean and the inside of the hotel is beautiful. Mohammed and Khaled at reception made our check in process very easy and helped us plans excursions or answered any of our questions. The cleaning staff left our room super clean and Mounir was so sweet and offered us lots of help. The food was absolutely delicious and there were a lot of different options to choose from. The Tunisian dishes were so yummy and all of the chefs and waiters were very kind and were always greeting us with a smile. My favourite dish was the homemade pita made in front of you! The pool bar staff were extremely friendly and were always polite. Houcine, Hamza, Ahmed, Heni, and Skander always had a big smile on their faces and made delicious drinks. The animation staff were some of the kindest and most welcoming people I have ever met. Shoutout to Amyn, Rico and Loufey, who are all amazing dancers and are always encouraging guests to participate in all the fun activities the team offers. Mira and Chiko were also so fun and nice to our family. Spending time with the animation team was my favourite part of my trip and they had the best energy. I would definitely recommend Aquagym, archery and the foam parties! I already miss everyone! Overall, I enjoyed this trip so so much and I’m already planning my trip for next year. Tunisia is beautiful and full of the nicest people, and iberostar never disappoints :)

What a place we had 2 families with3 kids aged 15/13/10 from day one we walked into the place the fun did not stop, the hotel is really clean and this was kept up throughout are stay. Also the food was great with plenty of choice for such a small hotel Many nationalities stay at this hotel but everyone seemed to understand the universal language of laughter The day time program was amazing with children being allowed to play with the adults witch to me should be what a family holiday is about, sometimes the water polo did get a bit silly but they did manage to get it under control quite funny watching 4ft11 ricco trying to tell a 6ft5 man that he has to go in the sin bin. Not quite sure how the entertainment team do what they do but everyone of them was amazing Got a sports massage that was really reasonable at £25 for 45 minutes Also all the water sports was cheap as chips sofa bed ride for 4 people was only £30 Only down side was the evening dancing shows they all was a little bit the same. But when the entertainment team do there own shows they was so much fun and it felt like the daytime vibe I loved so much. Pool has plenty of room and no need to rush to grab the sun beds unless you really wanted to be pool side, Just think by not having water slides at this hotel it was was the right balance of couples and families as all families did not let the kids run riot like some hotels I have been to in the past The swim up pool bar is a great bonus and the staff was amazing Absolutely had an amazing time and will be returning as Soon as body repairs it self after 2 weeks of great fun thanks again for the amazing timesxxx

Nothing to say. The vacation was just wonderful All the staff deserve a salutation without exception. Very clean hotel , everything was tidy The food was extra The room fitted the four of us The pool and the beach were very clean. You're not gonna be desppointed

This was our second visit to this hotel, check in was quick and efficient and we were given a cold welcome drink on arrival, we were then shown to our room on the 3rd floor above the bar area, the room was clean and had enough space for 3 people, we also had a fresh bottle of water ready to put in fridge, we initially thought the fridge wasn't working until we noticed it wasn't plugged in so took a while to chill anything inside, Air conditioning worked efficiently but was a little noisy at night, Food was lovely plenty of choice even for someone as fussy as myself, desserts are amazing. All the staff worked hard to make our stay amazing, to many to mention. But special shout out to .... Hamza in the restaurant who always had our table ready at breakfast and lunchtimes he even organised a birthday cake for my husband and decorated our table, thanks to Walad who also looked after us in the restaurant, thanks to Hamza at the pool bar who kept our glasses topped up whilst we sunbathed or swam in the pool, also big shout out to Ahmed who was working hard keeping everyone hydrated behind the pool bar (miss you already) 🍷🍸 Would also like to say thanks to our waiter at the bar always smiling and introduced us to the Tunisian liqueur Cedratine and organised special cocktails for our daughter, The entertainment team work hard everyday, yoga, pool aerobics, darts, they never stopped, Only complaint is that the Internet can be a bit patchy. And a couple of the older bar staff could smile a bit more, Check out was smooth with no issues. Would definitely return Missing everyone already 😪
