Решили мы остановиться в данном отеле из-за вида, это мы получили на 100%. Остальное детали: отель далеко не 5*. 1. При входе в здание, нужно толкать крутящуюся дверь самостоятельно, она достаточно тяжёлая. Такое я впервые встретила в здании бизнес класса. 2. Поднимаемся на 37 этаж, ресепшен. За стойкой 2 парня, даем паспорт 5 минут и у нас ключи от номера. 41 этаж. Мы брали студию. 3. Номер обычный, немножко пошарпаный, мебель и сантехника бюджетные. Халат, тапочки, зубные щётки, шампуни кондиционеры есть. Вода в номере есть, приносят по просьбе еще. Минибар платный. Для дочки принесли морс и печеньки. 4. Завтрак, это отдельная история. Выбор на завтрак очень скромный, тянет на 3*. Столы с едой стоят углом из-за этого скапливается народ, так как в угол может подойти 1 человек. Столовые приборы приходится добывать самостоятельно, на столах лежат ложки, вилок и ножей нет. Яичницу попросили сделать, сказали ожидать 20 минут. Грязная посуда, плохо вымыта. 5. Бассейн, нас не пустили, так как дети от 14 лет, нашей дочке 9. 6. Система кондиционирования центральная, не хватает свежего воздуха в отеле. Окна все глухие. В целом если вы едете за видом из окна, то вы получите впечатления.

Сервис и обслуживание не соответствуют заявленным звездам. Ночью в номере холодно, ребенка приходилось дополнительно одевать. Вода в душе шла маленькой струйкой, невозможно промыть голову. Первый раз отдыхали прошлым летом, но таких негативных эмоций не было. Такое ощущение что за год стало хуже. Завтраки не тянут даже на 3 звезды. Очень мало места отведено для еды, пополнение осуществляется очень медленно. Всегда отдыхаем в отелях 5 звезд и есть с чем сравнить. Когда ребенка нечем накормить, это прям показательно. Вообщем вывод такой: если ехать без детей и на короткий срок, то можно, а с детьми лучше выбрать другой отель.
