Choosing a hotel is always a tough task if you are a germaphobe. After researching dozens of hotels, I decided to book Dave Hotel Yerevan. Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy. In addition, Dave Hotel offers a variety of tours that are personally tailored according to your schedule, preferences and interests. A huge thank you to Arsen who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite. Although I managed (with the help of Arsen) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is near Yerevan University. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Great Stairs of Socialism. Along the way is the Presidential Palace (probably) and the Embassy District. The buildings are very beautiful. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. When we arrived, the room was not ready yet. The front desk asked us to sit on the sofa and provided us with free drinks. No matter what coffee or juice, it was freshly made for you. I thought it was paid for. The hotel is a boutique hotel, not a large chain hotel, but the owner (manager) is very attentive. Although the breakfast is not as large as that of a chain hotel, we had breakfast for 4 days. There were new dishes every day. The front desk and service staff greeted each other every time they met. They were very friendly. I saw that the waiter cleaned the room meticulously. When I entered the room, I touched every grid in the closet and there was no dust. Generally, many hotels are just superficial works.

It's very clean and the waiter will help me fold my pajamas🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. Breakfast was very good. Taking a taxi is very convenient. There is a supermarket next to it.

Stayed here for 3 night and found the hotel to be good. The room was comfortable and spacious and fairly modern in good condition. We stayed in a Family room which was two connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms which was ideal. Breakfast was better than expected with a decent choice that changed a bit on different days, served in a spacious restaurant. The hotel is a short walk to the metro with easy access to the city centre

Such a cozy hotel with a very good location and amazing view, the room is really nice but it didn't have a mini bar. Hotel is very close to metro and very peaceful and i have enjoyed my stay there. The staff was also nice, but the food in breakfast wasn't good, I only ate the non processed food.

Have just had wonderful stay at Dave hotel! not far from Erevan centre (10-15 min walk) and all the restaurants and social places, great service, new rooms, good air conditioning (very relevant to june heat), friendly staff. so nothing to complain about :) highly recommend!

I have taken 2 rooms and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my family during 1st week of February 2024. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the restaurant too. The breakfast was also nice. They have a sauna also in the basement which we tried and was in excellent condition. There is a supermarket next beside the hotel where you can purchase anything that's required urgently. Also the shopping streets and good restaurants are on a walkable distance from the hotel. The staffs were polite and supportive. I surely recommend this hotel

The inviting ambiance and the delightfully fresh and soft towels added a luxurious touch that truly enhanced my stay. What sets this hotel apart is its commitment to detail, evident in both design and amenities. Every aspect contributed to making my stay exceptionally enjoyable. The convenience of the metro station just across the street and a short walk to the city center made exploring the city a breeze. A special note of gratitude for the beautiful flowers – a thoughtful gesture that personalized my experience. I can't wait for the opportunity to return. This hotel is more than accommodation; it's a genuine highlight of any visit to the city.

We enjoyed our 2-day stay at the Dave Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, the pool and sauna are clean and relaxing, and you can reach beautiful places to enjoy within walking distance. Thank you for the pleasant stay :) We booked a family room and it was spacious. The two rooms are connected via a lockable door. Both Rooms have their own bathroom, television, and safe. The minibar is sensefully placed in the parent part of the room. Very good. We liked the breakfast. Everything was fresh and the choice was great. The Restaurant serves dinner till 23:00 and it is freshly made. We enjoyed dishes from the Armenian menu. Delicious. I can suggest eating at the Restaurant—an amiable waitress.

New city boutique hotel with great location and value for money. Immaculate cleanliness of the room on arrival and daily cleaning service. Accommodating reception. We’ve booked double deluxe room, quite specious, with coffee machine, TV, safety box, toiletries, shower gel/shampoo/soup “Dove” brand in dispensers, mini bar, complimentary water and sweets. As anniversary treat we’ve got swan towels arrangement on the bed. There gym, pool, bar, all day restaurant in hotel. Lots of small mini markets walking distance in the neighborhood. Disliked · 1) The breakfast was decent, but for international travelers’ convenience it would be great to have a labels on the dishes, perhaps ingredients for guests with allergies, dieting, Muslim (vegetarian, vegan, pork, beef, nuts , dairy etc). 2) Double deluxe rooms ( rooms higher category), as we were explained, located only in the lower floor. Our room was on second floor, so the view was not great, though the room itself was nice.

This was such a great experience! The hotel is nice and very clean. The staff is wonderful! From the manager to the desk clerks, to just all the workers, they really made us feel welcome and valued. The staff was friendly but also very professional; they went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were nice and always clean and at perfect temperature. If we needed anything, it was brought to us immediately. We also enjoyed the breakfast served in their dining area- it was always clean and the foods were delicious. There was always a great selection of foods and juices. The hotel was also very generous with unlimited bottles of water to keep us hydrated in the heat outdoors. Overall, an excellent place to stay and you get to be surrounded by staff that are passionate about customer service. Special shoutout to Lusine, Garnik, Marine, and Karen for their extra care and attention!
