寵物友善飯店（推推）；櫃檯、接待人員親切，飯店位置離湯圍溝溫泉公園走路3分鐘；飯店有停車位在對面很方便，接待人員知道沒停車位很積極協助處理；飯店應該有點年紀了，但是裝修有再更新，房間空間是小了點；飯店有提供免費的早餐、下午茶&宵夜很讚；就電視節目會延遲，公共區有提供冷溫冰飲水機（建議房間提供小瓶裝礦泉水）；也剛好住到沒有視野的房間（景色就不敘述了）；有帶狗狗，出飯店門口就在尿了；感謝門口接待人員幫忙處理-⋯⋯

櫃檯服務人員很親切 衛生也很乾淨 房間蠻清潔的 每一層樓都有飲水機 喝水很方便 除了早餐還有下午茶 還有宵夜 廚房阿姨也蠻親切 都會問我要不要荷包蛋 要幾顆 整體來說是值得入住的飯店 對我個人 也覺得很滿意

位置很好找
服務人員很客氣
環境還好因抱枕有很多頭髮3根長髮左右，我們還沒去拿來使用
床頭櫃，角落，厚厚的灰塵🧐
廁所衛生紙是平板衛生紙，要自己算張數比較不好拿捏厚度（看個人習慣）
到達時是17:30左右服務人員就說妳們可以吃點心唷
其實已經過點心時間，剛好有點小餓😋
在室內有看到我們回飯店門口沒有停車位（租機車）因門口以停滿機車，除非動手移動車子還可在放一台，馬上出來跟我們說妳不用移車可以在對面停車場停車，＜不遠50公尺內＞
喜歡貓咪的朋友美嘉美有3隻原住民很親近人
非常可愛，可惜我去嚕貓忘了帶手機拍照

房間不大，離火車站有段距離，下午和晚上都有提供免費點心。價格不貴，沒有公共設施。適合只睡覺，白天都出門的人。
