We had a beautiful encounter with the sunset with our children... There are no hard and fast requirements to give a good review. Some are just that after placing the order, the staff took the initiative to make reservations for medicinal chicken hot pot and various activities~~~The air conditioner can really blow out The warmth from the big heater and electric blanket makes people forget all the cold~~~ After checking in, I made a reservation for golf at three o'clock. The butler's explanation was very professional, and the detailed information was accompanied by the demonstration of the professional member next to him. The crisp sound of hitting the ball made me feel the charm of this sport first hand~~~ Then came the course visit in the evening, and my inner admiration for the golf competition emerged spontaneously, and there was no lack of comfort against the beautiful scenery~~~ A delicious and filling chicken hot pot meal was the perfect end to the day! There is a rich breakfast the next morning, and an egg roll that is nutritious for the day, yammy! Along the way to Happy Farm, there are big and white magnolia blooms! Feeding rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese, making pumpkin pie, picking vegetables...it was really full of joy!

Breakfast is ok; dinner is ok, it is recommended to eat sauerkraut fish with old sauce; you can participate in a bonfire party in the evening; the most recommended is the sea of flowers, firewood and turkey and walking around the sea-view golf course.

Very satisfied with this stay! The quality exceeded expectations. I stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve. It was my first time to celebrate the New Year with my family. I felt uneasy, but my family and I felt that the hotel's service quality was very high. The staff were of very high quality. The housekeeper of the villa room was always on call. On New Year's Eve, When we checked in at noon, the restaurant specially arranged meals for an extended period of time. In the evening, Wang Siru from the restaurant helped us arrange the ordering time for the New Year's Eve dinner. The quality of each meal was very particular, and the color, fragrance and taste were great! The tea room for afternoon tea has a very cultural atmosphere. Tea artist Zhang Rui explains patience and feels the tea culture of the boss! The villa rooms are comfortable and of high quality, and the hotel's hot springs are very good! The airport pick-up and drop-off service arranged by the hotel was very good, and the airport drop-off driver Wang Jun was even more considerate. When he learned that my family had a cold, he even took us to buy medicine. He also explained the characteristics of Yunnan to us along the way, making us feel more like guests. The feeling of returning!

A very nice hotel with friendly service in a good location. It is between two stations on two different lines of the subway with an easy walk about 10-15 minutes either way. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk or a short cab ride. The hotel buffet breakfast had a lot of choices with both Chinese and western dishes and very good service. The room was very large and clean and comfortable. Tv had English news channel and the Wi-Fi worked well although I seemed to only be able to log in one device using the same phone number to get a code. The front desk staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Hotel is located in a good location. Further, Housekeeper Andrea Yu 余琼 in particular deserves commendation. After noticing that we had purchased our own drinking water in addition to the complimentary bottles provided by the hotel, she thoughtfully provided us with additional complimentary bottles of drinking water the next day.

We made the right choice to stay in this hotel! The ladies and the guy at the service desk are extremely helpful, went all the way out with our questions on where to visit, how to go, where for good food as we didn't really plan before we arrived kunming. They also gave us good advice on our next stop, Dali. The location is fantastic, just 2 mins to one of the popular restaurants for the rice noodles. Just across the main road, it would be the main shopping district Zhengyi Road (where u can shop for branded goods) and old streets for local products and food. Highly recommended for good service and location. The room is comfortable and clean, too. WiFi is good for local apps.

The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.

Very friendly and attentive staff going the extra-mile. Hotel rooms are great and beds super comfortable. Modern hotel with a bar on the top-floor that provides a fantastic view over the city. Can absolutely recommend.

Hygiene: Very good, you can feel the care! The bed and pillows were still free of stubble and hair. Environment: It is very convenient to go out and there are many restaurant choices around. Service: The check-in experience at the front desk was very good. There were no other guests at the time. Xiao Yang at the front desk walked out of the service desk and handed the room card to me (the first time I experienced such a service, it felt good), and then gave me I directed the location of passenger elevators and restaurants. Breakfast: There are many choices, and the restaurant is still rich at ten o'clock. The weather in Kunming was very good during this trip, and I was very satisfied with the hotel!
