I took my mother to Yinchuan for a trip and stayed at Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express is usually my first choice for traveling. The quality of Zhouji series hotels is generally not too bad. Holiday Inn Express Yinchuan Center has good facilities, hygiene, environment and service. There is a parking lot in front of the building and a large supermarket next to it. The disadvantage is that there are no restaurants around, so it is not very convenient to eat. However, the hotel has a Chinese restaurant with good dishes.

Very good hotel, worthy of the old five-star rating. The front desk guy upgraded the executive lounge room for free, and you can see the city government and the provincial museum opposite. The hotel swimming pool and wet steam room are very good. Swimming and steaming in the sauna make my pores feel full of water. The freshly pulled whistle noodles made by the breakfast chef are delicious

The hotel is in a developing part of the city. So, not a lot around it. But that’s the only disadvantage. It is a beautiful and stylish hotel. The service matched the quality. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A special mention to Rain. He helped us two times. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. The room stylishly decorated. We didn’t get to swim but the pool is large. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

We felt at home! The small episode was that we forgot our iPad under the pillow when we checked out, and we didn't find it until we got out of town. Ms. Zhu at the front desk helped me contact the cleaning lady without getting impatient when I was so anxious that I lost my temper, and finally found it. Thank you here! What originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! Special thanks to Brook, Director of Rooms, for super customer service and his helpful English skills.
