Mercure Hotels in Berlin

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Mercure Hotel Berlin City. Both check-in and check-out were completely straightforward and pleasant. As an All Accor member, I even received a complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which made my stay significantly more relaxed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. I was particularly pleased with the great value for money, as I was able to book the hotel at a fantastic price through Trip.com. Overall, a very enjoyable stay – I'd happily return!

First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all. The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. Hot water is not always found in the shower. These things I didn't like and the rest was good. Overall rating: 3 stars worth no more

Super comfortable hotel, clean rooms, everything well-aligned, location in the center close to bars and restaurants, breakfast should have been better but it was worth staying

A restaurant in Siemensstadt had been reserved for an alumni reunion. Therefore, it made sense to look for a nearby hotel and found this one, which was only five streets away from the meeting point. Booking through Trivago/Trip.com was easy; the price for a double room was reasonable, the room small but clean; only the bathroom smelled a bit strong even without being used, as the ventilation apparently wasn't working very well. Otherwise, there was nothing negative or unusual to mention. There are plenty of free parking spaces on the street, but unfortunately, they were under trees, and the car was covered in sticky drips overnight. We had to go to a car wash the next day, which increased the hotel price slightly (+16 euros). You can book this hotel if you absolutely want the peripheral location in Siemensstadt. Since the subway station is just around the corner, you'll certainly have easy access to the city center.

Service: The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Cleanliness: The room was quite clean, and the facilities felt relatively new. Location: The hotel is close to the subway station and a commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around.

I liked everything very much, not far from Charlie point, in principle many attractions are within walking distance, tour. The bus is close, you can buy a ticket for 37 euros and see interesting places, you can get off, walk and then get back on the bus (it runs every 15 minutes). The city is clean, well-groomed, people are friendly, ready to help. The hotel is clean, the staff is smiling, polite. The room is spacious 34 sq. m. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom has a shower and a bath, the toilet is separate. Everything is great, thank you.
