GGuest UserThe front desk staff were exceptionally dedicated and very friendly. Luggage storage was free. The hotel was new and stylish; there was even music playing in the room upon entering. The location was excellent—quiet and safe at night, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

GGuest UserMy parents have stayed at H2 Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz before and previously had a much better experience. On this occasion, they were allocated a room on a lower floor where the Wi-Fi was extremely poor and often unusable. The television was also disappointing.
The hotel remains well located and the room was clean, but the service fell below expectations. When these issues were raised, the younger members of staff were not particularly helpful or proactive in trying to resolve them. Basic problems such as unreliable Wi-Fi should be taken seriously, especially when guests are staying for several days. The staff would benefit from stronger customer-service training and a more attentive approach. Based on their earlier stays, my parents know the hotel can do better.

ただ場所が安全な所ではなく殴られて強盗に遭いそうになったので出かける時、特に夜は注意が必要です。
この地区ではアラブ系の人を多く見かけ、強盗しようとした人もアラブ系でした。

First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it.
Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason
is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning.
It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here

WWEIDONGIt is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the railway station. It is also very convenient to go to the railway station by car. There is a large supermarket across the road from the hotel, and there are few other shops. The hotel facilities are relatively old, there is a small elevator, the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, a hotel with a good price/performance ratio, the kitchen facilities are relatively few, only a stove, no oven and other facilities. The door key is also very old.
