"The hotel room was very spacious. Even though I booked a twin room, they actually gave me three single beds. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. It's also very convenient with a tram stop nearby."

"First off, be aware that it's over a 15-minute walk from the nearest station. Since the streets are cobblestone, navigating with a wheeled suitcase can often be quite challenging. During the day, the area is bustling with pedestrians and traffic, and with many cafes and brand stores nearby, it's perfect for window shopping. The building itself boasts a charming, retro ambiance that truly enhances the travel experience. The gentlemen at the front desk were cheerful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options and was excellent value at just 10 euros. My room was a corner unit with a street-facing balcony. It offered a satisfying location for watching the city life go by or simply observing the sky. However, there was no refrigerator or kettle. Also, there's no air conditioning (though an oil heater and fan are provided). The bathroom features a compact, combined washbasin, toilet, and shower area. It was, however, clean. One notable inconvenience was the TV reception; the picture would often disappear, pixelate, or freeze. Additionally, unlocking the room door was quite tricky and took some getting used to. Finally, the elevator has manual doors, a style uncommon in Japan, which might make you a bit nervous until you're accustomed to it."

"The reception was not very warm; you had to sign in yourself on an iPad tablet after actively approaching the employee. No ”warm welcome” or anything like that. The aparthotel is comparable to a B&B. It is functionally equipped. However, it's not enough for an apartment: there are no plates, glasses, or even cutlery. The water tends to overflow in the shower because the drainage is poor. The beds look comfortable, but are actually very hard. I absolutely cannot recommend the extremely expensive breakfast here. For this price, you can have twice as good breakfast at a nearby café. The location: It's within walking distance of the ”Gesundbrunnen” train station, so it's well connected by public transport. Conclusion: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 for cleanliness ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 5/5 for location ⭐️ 1/5 for service ⭐️ ⭐️ 2/5 for amenities"

"I was quite satisfied. I came to attend the Berlin Film Festival. All I wanted was a supermarket nearby and convenient transportation. I found this one. After all, I can't ask for too much at this price. It's also very convenient to buy breakfast at the supermarket every day. The key is that there are only two subway intersections downstairs!"

"The twin room I booked was the same as the picture, the area was OK, the front desk could help me store my luggage, there was lemonade, and I could buy food. There were subways and buses around, and the location was right next to the Berlin Central Bus Station"

"I went for a vacation, the hotel was clean and staff were very polite and helpful, the location is perfect with easy access to subway, supermarkets and restaurant. The breakfast is perfect. I like it. "

"This hotel is a little far from the city central. But the tranport is convenient and I would like to strongly recommend the Kebab just opposite this hotel. It is cheap and very delicious. You can take it back to the hotel bar next to the reception with a free drink. That is wonderful :)"

"It was quite pleasant, but the room should be renovated. Shower curtains are a bit out of date. The other rooms have always had a glass shower partition. For a business hotel, the sockets in the room are rather difficult to reach; they are under the table top. Perhaps the sockets could be moved upwards and more. Everyone needs to charge their phone and/or laptop/tablet."
