- Clean and spacious room
- All one traveller may need is served here
- Friendly staff
- Public parking places available in a few steps, but may require time to find free slots
- Rich breakfast
- The elevator is a little bit small and requires patience
I would recommend this hotel and will stay here by the next opportunity"

Great
GGuest UserWe booked 4 nights in this hotel. The service and the staff were really nice. Fresh orange juice service everyday ;)
The room was spacious and clean. A nice big shower and some free water was very nice.
The only minus was no air-conditioning. The room felt very warm on the 6th floor even though it was not that warm outside in May. The window could be opened but because the room was on the front the traffic was very loud in the night.
Had a lovely stay and would recommend to stay here. Maybe not in the warm months in Summer.
AAnonymous UserPerfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserGood location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people.

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The space is impressively large, impeccably clean, and comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable, thoughtfully arranged living areas. Nothing felt missing or improvised; you could tell great care went into making it a complete and functional home.
The location is simply unbeatable. Centrally situated yet tucked away in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, you get the best of both worlds: easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, without any of the noise or chaos you’d expect from a central address.
We traveled with our young children and it was an ideal setup for a family. The apartment offers plenty of room for kids to move around safely, and the calm surroundings meant peaceful evenings and restful nights — something every parent traveling with little ones will truly appreciate.
Whether you’re visiting as a couple, a group of friends, or a family with small children, this apartment ticks every single box. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and comfortable stay. A true 5-star experience from start to finish.

GGuest UserI stayed at Hotel bellman during my trip and had a great experience overall. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The food was simple but fresh and tasty. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
GGuest UserIch hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt

CChiIeng LeongThe location is convenient, it takes a 3-5 mins walk to the station from the place. And there are supermarkets and shopping mall nearby, very nice.
AAnonymous UserI I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.
11WanderAwayHeart of Gold Hostel Berlin was extremely easy to find upon my arrival to Berlin Station. Immediately upon entering I could tell that this hostel had a certain kind of relaxed vibe to it. Not bad. If you arrive early and want to lock your bags but don't own a lock, you can rent one for a 10€ deposit. Check-in also requires a 10€ deposit. Both can be paid woth cash or card but when they return it upon departure, they will only give it back as cash. I was assigned a capsule on the first level and first thing I encountered was a guy walking in hit Itty bitty skivvies. Um, ok I guess. Again, relaxed vibe. The capsule was okay only with the door open. Close it ans it's like you're in a coffin. Hot, hot, hot, and very little air circulation. I brought that to the attention of thr front desk staff and later a guy told me that ”the motor is running” so the fan is working. I took video... the motor may be heard but it def was not working. Felt like I was sweating buckets on night 2. Glad I didn't stay an extra night. Bathroom were relatively clean, byr toilet paper was not always installed. Also, ask for a towel if needed b'c it's not automatically offered. Breakfast is 10€ and was mainly vegan. Was not worth the cost imo. Anyhow... most staff were chill. Just don't like the low effort that was put in for checking about the fan in my capsule. There is no point in booking a capsule if you need to keep the door to it open to breathe. Anyhow... of that issue was fixed, I would stay again.

LLlunixTo check in, it's online and it's a pain... sometimes the lockers fail and you have to wait for someone to come... which can easily take about 30 minutes. There is no one at reception… only specific hours on some days…. Of course, sleeping there is very quiet and very well located because you have the metro and bus station next door that immediately takes you to the center. Very good cleaning and they always leave you some details for breakfast such as coffee capsules, tea bags, potatoes, a cold drink in the refrigerator….
