大冬天的沒有熱水洗澡，打電話問前台説七樓房間高熱水上的慢，多放會，我都放了一個小時都不熱，知道中央空調壞了又不修，加了一個掛機，掛機還不行，哎頭疼

這家賓館非常奇葩，難怪評價這麼低！我在攜程定了十多年的訂單，這還是第一次遇見這麼奇葩的酒店。感覺是個沒人經營管理的廢棄酒店，逮住一個就坑一個。

體驗感極差，彷彿是個星級酒店，又好像進了個招待所，公共區域沒有空調，房間中央空調壞了，掛了個櫃機，大概能升温三五度，花灑半邊有水半邊沒水，9點多下樓前台沒服務員值班，11點多去看依然沒人，12點多用房間電話找也沒人接聽，自助早餐是一人一碗麪，加兩個饅頭三個包子三個蛋，牛奶是奶粉沖泡，裏面有黑色不明物體，由於太晚了帶着小朋友需要早點休息，所以沒聯繫平台退房，裹着外套睡了一夜，退房後希望酒店給予補償，酒店方答覆因為入住期間沒聯繫酒店解決，不予處理，請問我去哪裡找服務員，挨個敲客房門嗎？你教教我謝謝你！！最後祝早日歇業吧，別再害人了！！#衞生沒有大問題，水漬，地毯油漬#服務夜間無服務員#房間設施空調壞的！！！拖鞋像紙做的。花灑半邊有水半沒水，還有奇怪的聲音#早餐見圖#停車車可以停在酒店門口，因為沒有客人哈哈哈哈
