いつも親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございます。このホテルはオープン当時から利用させていただいております。今回、ゴキブリを見かけました。初めての経験です。追いつめて処分しましたが、１匹いるとその３０倍はいると聞いたことがあります。当然、ホテルですから部屋内で飲み食いをしますので、ゴキブリがいても不思議ではありません。多々お願いしたいのは、駆除の方法があるかと思いますので、対策をお願いいたします。また、仕事上、全国あちこちで年間70～80泊程度しています。どこのホテルも共通して言えることですが、価格が20％程度上昇していて、利用者としては金額的に辛いのが現状です。

There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, and I don't think there is any trouble with eating. As a pity, the toilet is quite dirty and not cleaned very much, the wall is abnormally thin, the sound of opening the door of the next room is echoed, and the air conditioning is roaring However, since the location is good, I think it is good to consider the use when you want to hold the accommodation fee or when you just sleep.

I'm happy with the room and services, however the room is a bit compact but it's a typical Japanese hotel room and has thin walls.. I was shocked during my first night when I was hearing somebody trying to open my door and called the reception for help. Hotel staff is very friendly and came to check. Apparently it was the guest who was staying a room beside me was opening the door. Overall quite good stay but maybe something to take note of due to the thin walls.

Clean & decent size room for Japan. Located very close to China town with nonstop food options. Front desk staffs are extremely polite & helpful.

There were microwave ovens and juice vending machines and ice machines on the 12th floor, but I didn't use them.
