The staff are hospitable. The location is near in many convenient stores.

The building is old, but for the price it's good enough. I was surprised by the school-like in-house announcements.

I had a concert at Nissan, so I made a reservation at this hotel in a hurry. Except for the fact that there was no elevator to the lobby, I was satisfied with everything about this place! The staff was very friendly.

The room felt a little small, but I was satisfied because I only needed to sleep there. Being close to the station was great for someone from the countryside who has a bad sense of direction ^_^

I stayed here during a concert at Yokohama Arena. If you go underground from Shin-Yokohama Station, you can get there without getting wet, and Yokohama Arena is close by, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so the location is satisfactory! I stayed here hoping to get a decent night's sleep, so I think the room was worth the price. I'd like to stay here again.

The location is very close to Heng Arena, which is very convenient for watching concerts. The room is very clean. It's 50 meters walk to the station. There are Lawson and FamilyMart downstairs. The hotel can help collect express delivery, and the communication emails are replied in a timely manner.

I used it as a place to stay after a New Year's Eve concert at Yokohama Arena. Conveniently located near Yokohama Arena. I would like to stay again when using Yokohama Arena.

I am writing this because I feel the review is not good compared to the actual quality of the accommodation. Although the room is small, I didn't feel uncomfortable staying alone at all, and the desk staff were friendly. Of course, soap/shampoo/rinse was provided in the bathroom. It is right in front of Shin-Yokohama Station, so transportation is convenient (there is a bus that goes directly to Haneda Airport). The surrounding facilities were also good, including Family Mart right in front and Don Quijote about a 15-minute walk away. Overall, it felt like good value for money and I was satisfied! It seemed like a lot of people staying alone used it. You can also pay for breakfast, but I'm not sure because I didn't use it. + Because it was an early morning flight, I was worried that there would be no staff at the desk when checking out, but checkout was processed without any additional procedures by simply returning the card key.

It was close to the station and comfortable. I would like to use it again. It was a shame that there was no comb in the amenities, probably because they were out of stock.
