My first overseas business trip was to Yokohama.
That was in 1996, so it's been a long time.
I always thought it was natural for hotels to be small when coming to Japan...
Even though this hotel is close to the city center, I don't think there is a hotel like this in Japan at this price.
It's a very nice and nice hotel.
I asked the staff about a nearby sake restaurant and went to have a quick meal for dinner.
This is a hotel with great satisfaction.
I'm currently staying here. There are two female staff members who work from day to night. One is a calm and nice person, and the other is a strong-willed person. This strong-willed person said very unpleasant things to me. People talk about abusive language being unacceptable, but I think the opposite is also true.I was forced to move rooms due to a problem with the TV, but when I asked about the TV, I was told, ``Even if I asked about the equipment!!'' If that's the case, then who should I tell? It's normal for the front desk to answer the customer's questions. If you don't understand, there's more you can say. Then, they said, ``If you're dissatisfied, please come tomorrow!!'' This means that I should tell someone else.Even though I was just asking a question, I was told in a very harsh tone, and I was also told, ``I said that because it seems like you were dissatisfied with it!Did I use a bad choice of words?!'' I have an attitude of not giving in. It's true that people become impatient as they get older. I'm not suited for front office work. It's a service industry. I don't need excessive service, but I would like them to do the bare minimum of front office work. When I asked her, ``Has anyone ever said anything to you?'', she said, ``No, I haven't!!'' There's a difference between not being told and not being thought about. Don't you even understand that? I tried to contact the manager through the staff about this, but he said he couldn't contact me. I don't think there's a manager who can't be contacted, but... It's the first day of 4 consecutive nights, but it seems that this strong-willed person will be working tomorrow as well, so I decided to check it out. I'm thinking of going out. Maybe I don't have confidence in myself or I'm small. I feel like I'm barking so hard. I feel sorry for them. What's the point of doing that to a customer? I'll say it again: There's a difference between not being told and not being thought of! !
