It looks exactly as it's pictured and definitely a good stay. Nice size given it's location too.

Although the rooms are new, my room has hair curled on the shower head and in the refrigerator… the service was great tho and the staffs were friendly. Location is also fantastic!

It was a great price, to stay the night. I wanted to take a bath but the tub was really dirty. It’s a great investment if you just need a place to crash for the night.

The cleaning of the bathroom is a bit off, but it's fine for a few days. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. It was very convenient to have a trouser press! I was looking forward to having breakfast at Komeda, but it starts at 6:30 in the morning, so I don't recommend it for people who don't have much time. There are not many Komeda staff and it's not separated from the general public, so it takes a while to get your food. I think that even cheaper hotels with breakfast buffets have it set at 6 or 6:30, but if it's self-service, is that okay? I wonder if they should have dedicated guide staff and cooking staff assistants, even just in the morning. I heard people say that they didn't have time while waiting, and I felt a little impatient too. I was a little annoyed by the lack of time for the hot corn soup, which I would normally be happy to have. Because it was so viscous, it didn't get cold like coffee and I was able to enjoy it until the end, but it's not very kind to people who are here for work. I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, so I would like to use it again.

This time, the room was smoking-allowed, so it smelled a bit like cigarettes and it took me a while to get used to it. I made the reservation at short notice, so it couldn't be helped, but next time I'd like to book a non-smoking room.

The room is not small, and 2 boxes can be laid out flat.

The room is clean, but not big. It's good to have a shower room. Japan usually has a bathtub. It would be better if the price could be cheaper.

The location is good, about 5 minutes and 300 meters from JR Kannai Station, about 400 meters from Subway Kannai Station, and Isezaki Chojacho is also about 300 to 400 meters away. There are 7-11 and Salia downstairs, and there is a food shop opposite, which is very convenient for eating. Ise Shopping Street is just next door, so you can stroll around without any pressure. The JR Kannai Station Negishi Line can go to many places. We use it as a starting point when going to Tokyo and Odawara. Let's talk about the hotel room. It's much bigger than expected. The room is quite spacious and the health condition is good. The girl at the front desk spoke English and the check-in was smooth.

It's very good. It's close to the station. There's a street nearby, and there's a lot of food and shopping. The room was clean and check-in was quick. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. It is recommended to stay here
