Loved it it was a amazing stay I had a great time room was very clean hotel was very safe hotel service very efficient.

My favorite is that the transportation is very convenient and extends in all directions. It is close to the train station, there are many shopping stores, and there are many choices of restaurants. It is very convenient for business tourists to come and go in a hurry.

A wonderful hotel, very spacious for 2 people. House keeping is very good as well, they always come around 1pm to tidy up, even if you have already cleaned up that morning. There’s 4 vending machines near by in case you want to buy yourself a hot coffee. There’s also a family mart about 2 minutes from the hotel. I would definitely book at Hotel Yokosuka whenever i come back to Japan.

People talk about abusive language being unacceptable, but I think the opposite is also true.I was forced to move rooms due to a problem with the TV, but when I asked about the TV, I was told, ``Even if I asked about the equipment!!'' If that's the case, then who should I tell?It's normal for the front desk to answer the customer's questions.If you don't understand, there's more you can say.Then, they said, ``If you're dissatisfied, please come tomorrow!!'' This means that I should tell someone else.Even though I was just asking a question, I was told in a very harsh tone, and I was also told, ``I said that because it seems like you were dissatisfied with it!Did I use a bad choice of words?!'' I have an attitude of not giving in. It's true that people become impatient as they get older. I'm not suited for front office work. It's a service industry. I don't need excessive service, but I would like them to do the bare minimum of front office work. When I asked her, ``Has anyone ever said anything to you?'', she said, ``No, I haven't!!'' There's a difference between not being told and not being thought about. Don't you even understand that? I tried to contact the manager through the staff about this, but he said he couldn't contact me. I don't think there's a manager who can't be contacted, but... Nice hotel, think it's the only one I've been to in Japan that has a microwave in the room! Location wise it's great for exploring Chinatown and those wanting to go to a DeNA Baystars game. No complaints with comfort or cleanliness, ticks all the boxes you want for a hotel in Japan.

Location is good, about 10 ~ 15 minutes walk from Sekiuchi Station. It is convenient because there are shopping streets and supermarkets in front of you. However, the room was terrible. It is old. The air conditioning is not effective at all, and the shower room has no ventilation fan, and it has been squeezed for a long time, and the temperature adjustment of the shower bath is not good (the type of temperature and cold is adjusted by oneself). The worst thing was that the room provided as a non-smoking room is not a non-smoking room. Of course, I didn't have an ashtray now, but I thought I could provide it as a non-smoking room in that state. I don't think smokers care, but the whole hotel smells terrible from the time they are on the elevator. I think that the hotel is old, so I used all of it as a smoking room and recently provided it as a non-smoking room, but the smell of the yankees that rust into the room is really bad and bad smell I can't sleep at night . I was scheduled to stay for a consecutive night but only １ nights and changed to other hotels nearby. I stayed in one room on the ８ floor this time, but I would definitely not recommend it to anyone who doesn't like tobacco smell. I'm happy with the room and services, however the room is a bit compact but it's a typical Japanese hotel room and has thin walls.. I was shocked during my first night when I was hearing somebody trying to open my door and called the reception for help. Hotel staff is very friendly and came to check. Apparently it was the guest who was staying a room beside me was opening the door. Overall quite good stay but maybe something to take note of due to the thin walls.
