Hotels Near Ushikubohigashi Natsumikan Park in Yokohama

Unable to check in with their automated system but there were staff available on hand to help. Room is small but clean. Bathtub available, no cabinet to put clothes, only hangars provided but only staying for one night so was okay. Connected to Family Mart so was convenient to get drinks or food if needed. Didn't use facilities so can't comment. Breakfast was good. Near to Yokohama Train Station.

Even though it is a three stars hotel but I felt that it has way exceeded my expectations. I was afraid that the public facilities such as the onsen and eating area will not be maintained well but they were really clean. Nothing to complain about the room, it looks new and tidy. Other than the perks of having late night snacks, there are also reading corners, massage chairs and laundry (+dryer) machines. It is worth to at least try the breakfast for one day, the spread was extensive! Location wise, it is really convenient. It's just a few mins walk to the main streets and there is a direct train station to Haneda Airport.

It is just opened in 6/5 and is clean in the hotel building and in the room. Access is a few minutes from Shin Takashima Station of Minato Mirai Line. I think it is based on the person, but if you walk from the east exit of JR Yokohama station to Nissan headquarters building, it is a hotel in another block, so there is a choice here if it is not painful to walk. 1F Enter the hotel entrance and the front desk is 9F so it is in the elevator. Check-in is paperless with automatic check-in machine. Check-out is at the counter. 10F On the above room floor, the security elevator that doesn't move if the card key is not swallowed. This room is room 1312 on the 13th floor. Room on the side of Minato Mirai Boulevard. The view from the room is Shiseido, Keifuku headquarters building, Minato Mirai Boulevard, bay quarter, etc. 43 inch Sony 4KTV has a button that can access hulu, NETFLIX, U-NEXT, AbemaTV, YouTube from the remote control. If you have registered guests in each service except Abema and YouTube, you can watch it. The lighting in the room is a little dark only by downlight. The room and unit bus are large enough (^ o ^) v hand soap is Laura Ashley. Body soap is Steven ･ nor. Amenities are also necessary for toothbrushes and shaver. I'm happy with the room and services, however the room is a bit compact but it's a typical Japanese hotel room and has thin walls.. I was shocked during my first night when I was hearing somebody trying to open my door and called the reception for help. Hotel staff is very friendly and came to check. Apparently it was the guest who was staying a room beside me was opening the door. Overall quite good stay but maybe something to take note of due to the thin walls.

It is a few minutes walk from Sakuragicho Station. It's near Yokohama City Hall. Building ４ The hotel is up to the floor, and it looks like an apartment, but the entrance is the opposite, so it doesn't fit. The front desk and interior are clean and casual. There was coffee at the front desk. Convenience stores are also nearby and convenient. It depends on the location of the room, but the room I stayed in had a strange bathtub, so I wondered if it was good to have only a shower.

Location and price are the reasons you should consider this hotel. Location is so convenient. A little walk to Kannai's ghetto, a little walk to Minato Mirai (ferris wheel, mall, cup noodle museum, etc), a short train trip to Yokohama, you are in the middle of all the business lunch specials. There's so much great food choices. My gosh, please look up lunch specials in the area. Generally, look for lines at 12pm. Those are the places that offer unbelievable value. We're talking a kaisendon for 600 yen ($5.50). If you are here long term and want to stay fit, you are a block away from Gold's Gym. They offer 2 weeks for 7000 yen, etc. Hotel is on the older side. It's a business hotel after all. It's small, you'll get your rest, you can work, you can shower, go down early for their breakfast special. The mattress was the rolling mattress which squeaks a lot (yes, it squeaks a lot). I was able to hear the neighbors, but sound machine did the job. Tip - They will offer to give you a water bottle for not cleaning your room. I don't want them in my room anyways so it was free water. They want you to hand them the keys before leaving. When you come back, you just say your room number, but this made me feel very uncomfortable. Anyone dressed normally can ask for a room key. The charger didn't work. This goes for most business hotels, but it's small. I hate the bathrooms that feel like you went inside a box. Workers were always friendly and professional. This place also seems to operate as a love hotel. There's a sign in the back that says they welcome ”puchi rest” which they charge you to stay for 3 hours for 2 people.

It is a very good hotel with very polite response and cleanliness. However, I entered the front door to the intensity of the deodorant and immediately after the allergic rhinitis and throat pain and headache. Check in in a hurry. The room was also a little deodorant, so I was in a hurry and opened the window １０ centimeters, and the door was also opened and ventilated. Deodorant hurts the mucosa and the virus becomes easy to enter from there, so I would like to ask at the minimum. If you do not do filthy things, you do not need deodorant. I looked for the neighborhood because there was no parking lot. The parking fee is 3700 yen per night. It seemed to be cheap 1. There are several coin parking lots, but it is 300 yen ～ 330 yen in 15 minutes except for a certain time at night.

The Regency Club staff at this hotel are some of the best in the industry. Staff that made our 15 night stay feel like home: Shoko, Risako, Chiaki, Shelley, Futoshi, Bianca, Mizuki, Hsegawa and some others but unfortunately I didn't get their names. They helped me with all me needs and questions including helping me with reservations and travel plans. They all speak English and are super patient with families. The rooms are super clean and modern. Housekeeping is amazing and made sure our baby diaper pail was changed each day and every inch of our room was clean. I opted for a suite which had an amazing bathroom with a super big tub. The blinds are automatic and the views are great. Breakfast buffet had so many choices and was so good. Hotel is 2 blocks from an amazing waterfront park and a 10 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium. 5 minute walk to Chinatown as well. The train is also less than a 5 minute walk and there is a 24 hour Lawson right across the street. Oh yea, a really special thanks to the bell-woman who waited with my luggage across the street in front of Lawson with the taxi while I ran back to my room after realizing I forgot my phone in the room after checking out.

Good hotel, very friendly staff at the reception and the staff of the washroom. Very clean hotel and not too expensive. The only less point is its AC rooms (central A-C) but the temperature is not very hot to set. Window can not open.
