整體不錯，隔音有待提升。
床的話感覺床墊比較軟，個人比較喜歡再硬一點的。
電烤盤還是很給力的，自己帶食材自己烤，確實比較爽。

第二次來了，位於福州永泰建發山外山旅遊度假區，環境舒適，老闆人也很好，温泉更是讓人輕鬆愉悦，廚房用具一應俱全，自己煮火鍋很方便，是家庭出行度假的不二選擇。

這是第二次來了，親子温泉私湯的絕佳場所。燒烤鍋，火鍋，微波爐，洗衣機，鍋碗瓢盆啥都有，衞生也很好。唯一美中不足的就是春節假期小孩子太多了，晚上有點吵。還有就是電器開多了容易跳閘，但瑕不掩瑜。

房間佈局合理，採光良好，有暖氣，所以泡温泉回房間也不會凍到，客服態度好很耐心，免費多贈送早餐和礦泉水，而且還幫忙延遲退房時間，給五星好評，下次還來！

設施：設施很齊全還有碗具消毒櫃、微波爐、燒水壺
衞生：衞生環境很好乾凈整潔，沒有異味，衞生間也有乾濕分離
環境：露台的視野開闊空氣好晚上可以看星星
服務：小哥熱情招待，還有送早餐，每個房間都有蚊香電蚊香液，我和我的家人都挺開心的。出門電梯到一樓走一走也有雜貨鋪，就是物價有點貴。
