Good location and service. Cleanness needs improving, there is a big dead cockroaches under the chair for our entire stay but not been removed. Seems like they just made the bed (didn't change them, just made them) and changed the towel, that's all.
The shower design is not great, and it is almost guarantees to get wet everywhere after use.
Tones of insects even in the room, especially in the evening, no door open, so I'm not sure where they came in... but I guess that's deserts.
It's great to have a free laundry facility, which is very helpful. Free activities were a nice touch.
Surprisingly, there are no complementary bottles of water in the room when the hotel is located in the deserts, very unusual compared to all the hotels we stayed.
Nice that we are allowed to use other hotels' facilities, so in general, we did enjoy our trip, and thank you for the friendly staff.

Disgusting hotel, unclean room, rude staff and not worth the cost. Over charged us for meals and unpleasant to deal with. Go to another hotel not this one, ruined our Uluru experience.

The hotel is okay but a little bit shabby for the price you pay. Since there’s only a few hotels in the area and they are always pretty full they don’t really need to make much effort.
Also the pool was locked around 8 despite the closing hours being posted as 11pm.
The staff are quite friendly and the location is good.

Not too much choice of hotels At Ayers, though expensive but is a good pickup point of tour. Good swimming pool and with easy access to the shopping town.

Convenient location for Uluru and Kata Tjuta trips. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice restaurant.
Great hotel in the middle of the desert, with a nice range of restaurant options

The room is on the ground floor, and the bathroom has a very obvious damp smell.
There is a large balcony outside, but it faces the road and is quite dusty.
The hotel itself has few facilities, but it is close to art galleries and souvenir shops. You can also sign up to participate in activities to listen to indigenous musical instruments.
The main reason is that the price and the experience are too different. I suggest that if you can book the Sail Hotel, you should not come to experience the Garden Hotel.

The front desk was great. They found my lost driver's license. Thank you very much. You can't be too demanding in the desert. It's good to have daily cleaning. The room is spacious and the terrace faces the garden. It's nice to drink coffee outside. There is no room service. If you need anything, go to IGA to buy it yourself. It's not far away anyway.
