This was by far our best stay in China. The room was sparkling clean, with an exceptional view of the mountains. We enjoyed a relaxing bath while watching the fire. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the tranquility of the place was perfect. The room had everything we needed including a nice projector to watch movies after a day outside. The staff were the most welcoming and friendly people we've ever encountered in our travels around the world, ensuring our stay was truly memorable. Thank you for everything !

We arrived at the hotel very late, and the clerk Xiaoxue helped us place our order and arrange food in advance so that we could have dinner as soon as we arrived. It happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, and there was a campfire party in the evening. The hotel also prepared mooncakes and fruits for guests to enjoy, which was a full experience! They knew that I was celebrating a friend's birthday and told me that if I had the opportunity to celebrate again, I could inform the hotel in advance to help with the decorations. This was so thoughtful! In addition, the hotel's view is also first-class!

Every employee is very warm and friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. The room is on the top floor, and the stairs are a bit high. They will be very considerate to help carry heavy luggage. The cats, dogs and lambs are very cute, and the baby keeps chasing them. I hesitated for a long time to choose. The service is really good. The hotel staff are very warm and lovely. Every day when I go out and come back, I feel at home. They will ask kindly, "Where are you going to play?" "Did you have a good time today?" The hotel can arrange free pick-up and drop-off in advance for nearby Baisha Ancient Town, Shuhe Ancient Town, etc. during working hours. There is no public transportation near the hotel, but there are many B&Bs nearby, so it is convenient to take a taxi. The lambs in the hotel are also very cute, and their business spirit is comparable to that of popular idols. There is also a new little white cat that has recently joined the hotel. It is very friendly. The yard and lawn are also very beautiful. If there is no itinerary, it is very comfortable to blow the wind in the yard. The staff will also come to help take pictures. On sunny days, the hotel can directly view the snow-capped mountains from a distance. Several rooms have their own viewfinders, which match the white buildings in the hotel very well. We came in mid-September, and we could only see a little bit of snow on the snow-capped mountains. I believe the scenery will be better in March and April.

Super happy! The environment of the hotel itself is also nothing to say. It is a paradise about two kilometers away from Baisha Ancient Town. You can sit indoors/outdoors and look at the grass, mountains or cornfields in a daze (100% go to Banwei) The fireplace in the room + the scenery outside the window is super beautiful I will come again next time!

The location is 2 kilometers away from Baisha Ancient Town, which can be walked slowly. It is also close to the Mediterranean Resort, where you can stroll alone and there are restaurants.
