Don’t recommend!!!!!!! Facility in the room cost me physical damage and it has been two months, no one has contacted me since I wrote the hotel an email. They are not doing anything, they don’t value customers’ health!!!!!!!! 反正就是快逃 别来!!!!!

Location is this hotel's only saving grace. Customer service was poor from check-in to check-out. We were in Munich for 4 nights and had to change rooms 3 times. Dysfunctional temperature control in the first 2 rooms...hot and humid. We had to argue to get fileted water and ice cubes outside of breakfast hours. The shower water pressure was comparable to that of a light rain...took more water than necessary to remove the soap from our skin. Ultimately, the customer service representatives ruined everything that might have been otherwise decent.

Value for money hotel, decent breakfast, near metro, pillows are abit too soft. Indoor garage available and near to BMW town.

Nice view from room. Every extra hour extra 10 Euro. Metro right in front of hotel. No shops besides, back or front of hotel. One station away for shopping mall.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was excellent…tram and train station was about 100 meters away. We book a family suite and was given high floor, quiet and comfortable room.Breakfast buffet was good !!!!

I checked into the hotel around 11:00 pm on June 26th 2023 and was greeted by a man from the Middle East or Central Asia who appeared very impatient during the check in process. He is unwilling to explain to me the various precautions that guests should be aware of, such as breakfast time, check-out time, etc. It may because my inability to speak German is surprising and unpleasant for him. My companion and I booked a double bed room, but upon entering the room, we found that we didn't have any pillows, so I went downstairs to ask for them. Coincidentally, a white man in front of me said he didn't have any towels in his room, and the Central Asian man at the front desk politely brought him a towel without saying a word more. At this point, I called my companion to inquire if there were any towels missing in our room. He said that there was only one towel in the room and i should ask for another one. So I walked up to the Central Asian man and asked for more pillows and towels. He suddenly changed his attitude. The courtesy he had shown towards the white man just now disappeared. He asked me, "Why do you need so many pillows? Don't you have any towels in your room?…" His eyes and expression were very arrogant and impatient. Is this difference in treatment because I am from East Asia? Unacceptable racial discrimination, if I had not paid the room fee for 3 nights in advance, I would definitely leave immediately! And the hotel's breakfast and hygiene conditions are worrying! I saw a very long hair in the scrambled egg pot, so I called out to the service staff to remind her. However, she only focused on chatting with colleagues and responded from a distance, saying, "More scrambled eggs will come later!" She thought I called her because the scrambled egg pot was empty. I looked at the strange American standing next to me and we were very helpless. We silently walked away.
