近くに国道17号がありますが、住宅街の中にあるので、うるさくもなくゆっくりできました。 駅前にあるバス乗り場にもでやすいので、スキースノボで来るならとても良い場所かと思います 小さいですが３〜４人くらい入れる広めの大浴場あり。 中から鍵をかけて使用して良いとのことです。 なので貸切状態でゆっくり入れ、とても快適でした。 出る時は、電気を消して扉を全開にして開けておきます。 特に予約とかはないので、鍵がかかっていなければ入れる感じです。 乾燥室のような板置きもあるので、スノーシーズンには重宝します。 ハンガー掛けるところもあるので、ウェア等も乾かせます。 板のお手入れのことも伝えたら、快く延長コードを貸してもらえました 乾燥室でワックスがけもさせていただけたので良かったです。 部屋は２名用なので、広々しています。 机も仕事するには問題ない広さです。 帰りが遅くなる時は、鍵を持って出た方が良いです。 早く戻る時も持ってても良いかもです。 一度、フロントに預けて出た際に、午後早めに戻ってきましたが、呼び鈴押しても全く出てこなかった時があります。 電話もかけてみましたが、やはり出ず… 10分くらい待ってようやくエレベーターで降りてこられたので、フロントにいない場合もありです。 数日滞在でしたので、毎日清掃も入ります。 バスタオル類や歯ブラシも毎回新しいのを置いてもらえます。 乾燥室のような板置きもありです。 ハンガー掛けるところもあるので、ウェア等も乾かせます。 板のお手入れのことも伝えたら、快く延長コードを貸してもらえました。 乾燥室でワックスがけもさせていただけたので良かったです。

Hotel is conveniently located just beside Yuzawa Kogen Ropeway. The Japanese style room feels a little dated but is clean and spacious , good for 6 persons. Futon was great but pillows a little too hard for my liking. Hotel has a small but nice onsen with outdoor bath. Service staff was great throughout my stay. There is a free shuttle service between hotel and the JR station. Call hotel to dispatch shuttle when reach JR station.

The staff are very kind, the English is fluent, the Japanese breakfast is very rich, and the first-class rice is really mouthful, and the hot spring coffee cake rolls on the first floor are docile, not sweet and not greasy. The hotel is very close to the station. It is very convenient to take a JR or shuttle to the Gala ski resort.

Stunning place to stay. Amazing views from very spacious rooms. Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Teens had the best time exploring and making snow men. Enjoyed skiing at a close resort as Naspa skiing was over for the season. Easy access to town bus leaves every half hr.

I continued to use it as a repeater last year. Many sites such as Rakuten and Jalan have their own services and lift tickets, so it seems that the amount changes depending on which site you register. We stayed in a Japanese-style room with 6 tatami mats + Western-style room with 8 tatami mats for one night without meals with 4 family members. The kotatsu was warm and relaxing. If you tell the arrival time to Echigo Yuzawa station, they will pick you up. I am grateful for this service while everyone is waiting for the bus after getting off the Shinkansen. If you tell me the time to return, it will be sent. Free transfer. It takes about 10 minutes by car, but it's a 1-minute walk to the ski resort (first lift, a slightly hard snowy intermediate slope), so it's worth staying just for the location and pick-up. In addition, the hot spring (source) input fee is 360 yen per person, but even if you check out the next morning, you will keep your luggage until you return, and you will also take a bath on your way home without additional charge. We finished dinner and breakfast at a convenience store (FamilyMart) for 5 minutes on foot without eating rice. You can use it enough. The owner is a little blunt, and there seems to be various word of mouth, but I think that you can enjoy it enough if you don't expect much of the service by conveying the information firmly. The lady at the reception also remembered a year ago and responded politely. The hotel itself has an old Showa era feel. The hot springs are hot. I'm disappointed if I don't know that the sauna is an extra charge (500 yen once and make a reservation two hours in advance). The room has a hairdryer, but the bathroom is not equipped. Last year, when I used a hair dryer in my room, the breaker fell, but I returned the bar and responded. The breaker was okay this year. Rental skis are waxed and maintained. The shoes seemed a little old, but if they didn't fit, they adjusted the next day. Considering this amount, location, and transfer, I think it is important not to expect too much service. My family wants to repeat.

It was a very satisfying stay with a feeling of cleanliness and neat cleaning. Breakfast was included in the accommodation and dinner was taken at the restaurant in the building. Both were delicious. The two large communal baths were beautiful and the view was good. There was an open-air bath surrounded by snow and an open-air bath with a large mountain in front of me, so it was beautiful and relaxing. There were many small children staying, so I was full of energetic energy. On the other hand, I saw quite a few people staying in three generations of family. Overall, I think it was an environment where everyone seemed to enjoy and felt happy. I used it for skiing this time, but it was a hotel that I would like to stay even if I didn't ski.

There is a slope in front of you and the best location. This time, I used a plan with a ski lift ticket, so it was very good value. The room was a long time ago, but there is no problem because it only sleeps after skiing. The gondola from Naeba Ski Resort to the next Kagura Ski Resort was wonderful. However, it was difficult to have a balanced meal because it was an accommodation plan without meals. Since it was a weekday, there were many restaurants on holidays, and I felt that every restaurant was generally more valuable than the quality. There are two large communal baths, but one of the men's baths was under repair and could not be used, and the only underground large communal bath that was available was incredibly far away. Also, it was dark and lacking in cleanliness, probably because it wasn't cleaned very well, so I didn't want to enter twice. I think it would be difficult to stay unless it was for skiing purposes.

There is a 24-hour convenience store near the station, and the location is great. However, be careful as the parking lot is small. The lobby is small and there is a chair fight. I checked in from 14:00 (it is possible if I pay an additional fee), but it was still a little crowded and there was a chair fight. Check-in was given priority, so the check-in time was about 5 minutes. If you don't like the small rooms, you shouldn't come. (The Japanese suite is relatively large because it has two bedrooms) The view is not good. There is air conditioner, but it is fixed to 24 ℃ in winter and is hot. The food was delicious and there were so many, but it was good (however, the breakfast the next day I ate soba at night was hell) However, from 15:00, it is difficult to make a reservation for meals from 17:30. Because it is difficult, Check in from 14:00 will be easier to take. The hot spring was the best. There are three private baths, but the place called ”Iwanoyu” is crowded, and depending on luck on the day you check in (relatively vacant during dinner) ”Iwanoyu” is vacant early in the morning of the next day (around 4:00 to 6:00). In addition, there are ice candy (free) (evening and night) and Yakult (free) (early morning to morning) at the bathing area, and you can eat ”night soba” for free from 23:00. The service was substantial. The room had a coffee mill and coffee beans and I was able to enjoy authentic coffee. The customer service was also good. It happened to be good, but the people in the lobby and the people in the restaurant were good with a clear voice. (There seems to be no other customer service)
