Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort

We booked this at the end of August and travelled for a week at the beginning of October, we read the reviews and everything ticked our holiday check list! We arrived around 1pm and we were allowed to check in, a lovely young man took our bags for us and showed us to our room, which was 319 overlooking the drive and garden area. The hotel is very clean, staff helpful and friendly, a great selection at all meal times and table service for your drinks too! There was plenty of sun beds every day and the waiters/waitress would come and take your drink orders no matter where you were sat. The snack bar had plenty of food, hot dogs, burgers, fries, Greek salads and wraps! We also ate in the Italian Restaurant which was amazing and would recommend going there. The beach was an added bonus but you need some water shoes as there’s rocks and we saw some jelly fish too. There are 4 water slides which our son spent hours going up and down every day! We made use of the Spa which was nice but treatments were expensive, but we did treat ourselves to a massage! On-site there is a multi purpose court and a tennis court which is a short walk from the main reception, the evening entertainment is also situated over near the courts! There’s a little shop next to the hotel which is open from first thing till around 11pm! We found this handy to buy bottled water, as the nearest shop was a good ten minutes away. The only fault we had while there was the entertainment, lack of it for children, at 10am they would offer adults entertainment ie tennis, archery, water volley ball, and the children were offered rock painting, face painting, board games and colouring! We had to ask them to do some kind of water activity as the children wanted to be in the pool, this was only offered twice in the 7 days we were there! In an evening they did a disco at 8.30pm that lasted no more then 30 minutes and then the adults entertainment started at 9.30pm. This would be the only negative about our stay.

What an awesome hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left we had an amazing time. The hotel and grounds are amazing and very well kept. The food was sooooo good and so much choice. Lovely chilled area in the olive grove and very clean beach area. The staff are so friendly and helpful they are on another level. Personal thanks goes out to a young Romanian girl who went out of her way for us every day( shame on me for not getting her name, all i know is she had just finished food technician course at college). I think the staff really do make this place special.

Best Hotel we have ever had the pleasure to stay. We booked our wedding here through TUI and couldn't have asked for any better. The hotel is beautiful. The food is excellent restaurant quality, with a lot of choice and a special kids section. The staff are simply brilliant Fro Hotel manager to cleaning staff (a special mention goes to Bianca who was lovely with our disabled daughter and always welcoming). The entertainment crew are all wonderful people with plenty of time for the guest; always cheerful and caring. Our room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Our wedding coordinator, Anna, was so lovely and carried out our service on the big day with sincerity and beautiful words. Our TUI wedding rep was selflessly helpful throughout. If you have any doubts about booking this hotel don't worry, it is FANTASTIC 😁. As I was writing this review Anna came to our room with a wedding present for us and a card from the management team... which says it all really.

Amazing holiday. Hotel is so clean. Staff could not be more helpful. The food selection and quality was out of this world. For all inclusive the drink quality and selection could not be faulted. I don't know how anyone could write a bad review for this hotel. There is a local bus at the end of the road only 2 euro. Recommend coming here to anyone .

Hotel: Clean but needs updating in places Food and drink: Food is okay not 5* drinks are good for an all inclusive Staff: Staff can’t do enough for you and are really friendly big up to Jo one of the bar staff she is amazing and is good with kids and even showed them a card tick. Entertainment: shocking! Even the kids got bored of the mini disco and the entertainment in the day is just annoying and inconsiderate. When you’re in the pool with the kids and they want to play volley ball and aqua sports you’ve gotta move and the music is too loud you can’t relax when they start. Somethings you just want to be left alone. The staff try and work extremely hard tho. Rooms: if you upgraded they are great however you have a standard room it’s rubbish and air con doesn’t work. Weddings: we went for our wedding which we enjoyed however we had to ask the manger to make sure no one took photos and came close to us. We shouldn’t have to ask this but the manager did resolve this. Not a 5*

We had such an amazing stay at Eleon Grand Resort. The staff was amazing, everyone was so kind. Our 7 month old baby got so much attention and love from the staff all week! The food was great and they had different alternatives every day. The hotel with the swimmingpools was also great and specially the beutiful ocean right in front of the hotel. The entertaiment group from South Africa was amazing. They had an amazing singer, her name is Zaza, truly amazing voice. The crew from South Africa had it all, great dancers (B-brothers) great events such as sports and other activities. Also a special shoutout to William for the sports activities! A big and speciall thanks to Anna Stavrou who helped me plan my proposal to my fiance. She didn’t just do it because it is her job, she did it from her heart och truly made beautiful memories for me and my fiance which we will treasure for the rest of our lifes. She lisened what I had for plans and made it even better. THANK YOU ANNA! The whole experience at Eleon is 10/10! From the location, cleaners, waiters and all the staff were just fantastic! An extra big and special thanks to Catalina and Bianca who were amazing with our son. For an amazing stay at your vaccation, Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort is the right place!

We had the most amazing time at this hotel! The staff was definitely beyond amazing and they did go the extra mile to make sure we had the best time! This was definitely our best vacation by far, the hotel, the staff and entertainment crew was amazing and the location by the ocean was so beautiful! We want to say an extra thanks to Anna who did help my fiancé plan a wonderful engagement! And also a big shoutout to Bianca and Catalina for being so lovely and caring for our baby, always with a smile and took their time to make him laugh! If you’re looking for a hotel that’s 10/10 this is the place! We are already looking forward to coming back here!

Lovely hotel very clean and great staff who were very helpful always polite. The food was good great choice for all courses with fresh omelettes a favourite,the coffee machines made great coffee and there was a good selection of tea bags. Our room had a sea view it was very comfortable the bed and pillows were especially good, the bathroom was a bit dated but always nice towels and soap dispensers. We always found sunbeds in the olive grove which offered sunshine or shade the beds by the pools were mostly in full sun for most of the day. The beach is small and you need beach shoes to get into the sea but great snorkeling when you are in with lots of fish to see. There's not much in the area if you like walking but a lovely place for a quiet holiday.

We had booked for our wedding, that we planned in June 2023, the resort is excellent,with all of the staff always go to the extra mile to make your day special The hotel manager is always on hand in the day, answering any worries that you may have as your day draws closer .
