I was scammed by this hotel because of their no modification or cancellation policy and Trip.com allowed this hotels to scam their customers. Will never book in any red doorz hotels. will delete my trip account after my bangkok trip. so disppointed with their poor customer service. 😡😡😡

The price on trip.com is expensive compare to booking directly on the hotel.
