I was charged for an additional 288 Swiss FR for “additional guest”. when I checked out. only because I did not put My Son’s name when I did the booking, but I booked a twin room and my son naturally stay with me. not to mention he’s my 13 year old son. they can charge me for additional breakfast. That’s totally OK. but additional person for twin room?really? And Main thing I was not told I will be charged when I checked in. That is not fair I will reflect this to Swiss tourism office. Btw. The staff are 100% good. Very friendly but I am sickened by the strange policy.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, generous hospitality. We had a splendid suite with a tower that has a 360 view, which was magical for the new year fireworks. Staff, especially the concierge team, were awesome. Breakfast was great. Spa is fantastic (the massage wasn’t great though). Can’t speak highly enough and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
