Because I am a gold member of InterContinental, I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Chengdong when passing through Zhangjiagang during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays. The hotel customer service contacted me before check-in and sent me a travel guide on WeChat. We upgraded to a special family room, which is especially suitable for a family of four. The hotel provides disposable bathtub bags, which are fun and hygienic for children to take a bath. There is also a children's playground in the hotel, where the children let off steam and have fun. In the evening, we caught a lot of crabs on the river bank outside the hotel. The children were very happy, and the adults were even happier. The next day we went to dig crabs again, rode bicycles, went around the island to enjoy the beautiful river view, and tasted local specialties on the slow street. In short, it was a very good trip, and I will come again next time!
