But the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good and enthusiastic! It is worth praising! The location of the hotel is very good, and the entrance to the cableway is just across the road!

The hotel is in a prime location, just a 6-minute walk to the ropeway entrance, suitable for those who can't get up early with their kids. The room is simple in style. The bed is probably big because of the tatami, and the toilet and shower are small in comparison. I like the open basin, and the wall serves as a partition and storage function. You can put anything, and the design is good. The front desk service is in place, the homestay has an elevator, and Cha Yan Yue Se is downstairs, which is cost-effective.

As a B&B that only opened in 2024, this store does have many things worth complaining about. To be sure, the location of the B&B is really close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, but this is actually an advantage and an obvious disadvantage. . Because the B&B passes under the cableway, when the cableway starts trial operation at 5 o'clock every morning, the room will hear the sound of the cableway running, which greatly affects the quality of sleep. At night, the cableway will not stop until about 10:30. So those who have poor sleep should consider it carefully. Secondly, as a newly opened homestay in 2024, the decoration workmanship is relatively poor. We live in the room on the first floor. The corners have begun to mold, and the decoration quality is worrying. This time I booked a triple room, which is very small and the layout is not very reasonable. In addition to the three beds, there is only a table and a stool, and basically no place to put luggage. . The so-called few windows, the windows are almost attached to the ceiling, which is useless and can't be opened at all. It's not just small. So the ventilation in the room is also poor. We stayed for two days. On the second night, it rained and I don’t know where the awning was. There was a dripping sound all night and I couldn’t sleep at all. So again, those with poor sleep quality should consider it carefully. In addition to the small area, the design of the bathroom is also very strange. The toilet and shower room are designed together, and the toilet will be completely wet when taking a shower. And as can be seen from the picture, the toilet is also small in size. It is not comfortable to sit down. It is not ergonomic. A normal man cannot sit down from the toilet to the sliding door. If you want to sit on the toilet in a normal posture, you must open the door to go to the toilet, otherwise the door cannot be closed, or people cannot sit in, or you need to sit on the toilet in a very strange posture. I have already reported this problem to the store. At first, the other party said that they would change the room for us for one day and change it back the next day. Because it was troublesome to change it back and forth, it was even more boring, so we did not accept it. Later, they said that they could arrange other homestays for us and let us take a look. As a result, they arranged a parent-child room with a double bed and a single bed for us. We had three adults on this trip. There was no sincerity in arranging such a parent-child room for us, so we did not accept it. Later, the other party told me that the room price was 10% off, and I did not reply. In the end, it was nothing. Finally, the hotel's hygiene needs to be criticized. It is said that a laundry room is provided, but the laundry room is in the employee's kitchen, and the washing machine is very dirty. There are traces of detergent residue on it, and after staying in the hotel, you will find that the hotel's pillowcases are washed by themselves, and the stairwell is densely hung with pillowcases washed by the hotel. I feel that this is also unhygienic. After all, many homestays now have already filed when they get the license, and they are cleaned and disinfected outside. Finally, didn't I say that when I booked, there would be some performance ticket vouchers? In the end, there was nothing at all.

I stayed in Zhangjiajie for 2 nights. The hotel is newly opened and is very close to the ropeway. I originally agreed to give it a good review by the enthusiastic proprietress, but after careful consideration, I decided to make an objective evaluation. The design of the hotel is indeed pretty good, and you can see the ropeway, but the price fluctuation is a bit big. The main issue is hygiene, as you can see in the picture. I thought it might be an oversight if I didn't put away slippers on the first day, but the garbage was still intact the next day, and I didn't put away toothbrushes, slippers, water, and other hygiene items. Auntie doesn't know. I was rushing to get off work or something, and the front desk was not online 24 hours a day. I would not respond to messages or answer calls. I couldn't find anyone. Before I left the store the next day, I was thinking about whether the front desk would come back. I didn't expect that there would be no trace. It was really disappointing. Yes, the understanding is mutual. I hope we can rectify it well.
