The room is clean but inside a building that looks like it’s still unfinished. You can see in thw picture how the hallway looks like. The area is not very nice but the staff is really kind and helpful and the room is overall nice.

The room was beautiful and very clean, only a little sad there was no view of the mountains at all due to new developments around the area. However the staff was so nice, helpful and accommodating with any and all needs. The location was also great, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, including coffee shops (very important) and the cablecar to the mountain was literally just down the street, so convenient. I really loved my stay here. Can definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. The location is one of the best if you plan to visit Tianmen Mountain, as the entrance is only about a 3-minute walk away. At the same time, the city center can be reached in around 15 minutes walking, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Everything was well maintained, and it was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. What really made the difference was the staff. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They provided useful information and assistance for organizing our excursion to Tianmen Mountain, which made the experience much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, an excellent hotel with a fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hotel, 10mn walking from the cable car Ideal for visiting the mountain. Everything was perfect

The location is super convenient, right next to the lower station of the Tianmen Mountain cable car. There are all sorts of restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, and massage parlors nearby. The front desk service was very kind and friendly, and the hotel offers free underground parking.

The rooms are big and spacious. Very close to Tianmen Cable(1 minutes walk). Xiaoqian at the reception is super helpful.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent for visiting Tianmen Mountain, as the entrance is only a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient. The receptionist was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the construction work taking place in the building next door, which caused some noise and disturbance at times. However, aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be a great base for exploring the area.

Very close to National park entrance. Super Polite staff and clean rooms. All was perfect. National Park is a place everyone should see! Outstanding!

I would recommend this hotel in ZJJ City for its proximity to the Tianmen Cable Car Station, as well as the availability of many food options and convenience stores located very much within 20 metres from the hotel lift lobby. The room is also very very clean and its size too is pretty big for its price.
