We recently enjoyed a delightful four-day stay at your hotel. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping, was exceptionally well-trained, kind, and professional. Our room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. The highlight was the balcony, which offered a breathtaking view of the picturesque mountains. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the coffee was equally enjoyable. The hotel’s convenient location near the East entrance to the park and the main street with various restaurants and shops added to our overall positive experience.

The hotel is located near the park entrance, Charming Xiangxi show and Wulingyuan city center. The hotel has a large selection of Chinese and Western food for its breakfast hotel. The room we received was large and spacious. Although the hotel is supposed to be non smoking, we found smoke smell entering our room. After we informed the front desk, they promptly arranged another room for us. Thanks to their service we enjoyed our stay.

Great service from the front staffs, club room, doorman , and the housekeepers. Nice and clean atmosphere.

I arrived very early and was allowed to check in hours early, which was incredibly helpful after a long journey. I was also upgraded to a nicer room. The room was large and had everything you needed. The location is very convenient for the East Gate of the National Park, which is only 3 minutes away by didi. The only downside is it’s quite far away from the larger city which has more food options and is where the airport/train station and some of the other tourist attractions are (Tianmen mountain). The breakfast buffet was ok, and had some western options. I also ate room service a few times, as options nearby are limited. The noodles were very nice but the burger was not. The staff were very helpful, especially Kiki and Sniper.

Zhangjiajie is a busy tourist destination, so there are so many people and people are oblivious.. that’s not the hotel fault, but being the number one best hotels in town, you get the most experience with people, a lot of people.. they don’t really have bottled water in the breakfast dining area, you have to buy it outside the dining area but still inside the hotel - there is a small market in the hotel. It’s a good hotel and the room is nice and clean, really good services and spacious

It is a nice hotel to stay if you want to visit the park, we were very satisfied with the rooms, but we’re not happy that in canteen was freezing cold. For breakfast or dinner we needed to wear winter jackets, it’s not very nice in 5 starts hotel 🤪 Swimming pool was also very cold, we wanted to swim but couldn’t. In the gym the temperature was 11 degrees 😅 I understand that it is winter, but don’t think it’s an excuse for the 5 stars hotel.

Geeat location and got upgraded and have better views! Amazing place to stay. Can walk to the amazing show center as well as restaurant! Just 5 mins drive to national park

Got a free upgrade to room with whole balcony. Attraction lady was caring, responsive and knowledgeable. Room was always kept clean and neat. Location is very good, very near to the national park and night show.

Hotel is very nice , service mind , superb location and walkable to Wulingyuan scenic area and restaurant, worth of value. . Hard to find this price with high service quality but you can find it from here. We might come at low season so price is soooo good

the hotel was very pretty, with many amenities like swimming pool, tea house, massage etc. we also booked our tickets and tour guide through the hotel concierge for zhangjiajie national park and tianmen mountain! our tour guide 小向 for 张家界森林公园 was also very good and friendly

This is definitely the place you would like to stay. Not just for the location. It is beautiful and comfortable to high standard. For foreign travellers, they have an English speaking person on the reception in every shift. Special thanks for Leon.

We spent three nights while visiting the National Forest and the Grand Canyon. Breakfast had a great variety and the hotel staff were helpful, including arranging for pickup at the Zhangjiajie Airport late evening. Foot massage was good. Hotel entrance were packed with tour groups and blocked by tour buses in the morning. So getting a pick up directly at the hotel at early hours could be difficult.
