This was the best stay that I’ve had in China. It is an absolute beautiful place with an amazing view. The infinity pool is so nice, you have a amazing backdrop view and can see so many stars at night; we even had it to ourselves most of the time. The service here is top tier, they will even drive you on a golf cart to save you walking 3-4 minutes if you like haha. Our room/cabin was very nice, great bed, and a luxurious bathtub on the balcony. The fridge was even full of beer and soft drinks to have. This place is most definitely worth the money spent! If I’m in Zhangjiajie again, I will be coming back!

If you want to escape the city hustle and reunite with nature, this hotel is a perfect place. It is one step from Zhangjiajie National Park and integrated into It's scenery. One of the entrances to the park is just 5 min away, and the hotel staff will give you a lift there. The downside is that other famous scenic spots (Tianmen Mountain, Glass Bridge) are far away, about 1.5 h by taxi. The rooms are comfortable, they have a bath, a balcony, and a wood stove to keep you warm and dry in cold months. However, we would prefer to have more convenient cabinets for personal things. The hotel has a swimming pool and a pond with real frogs, which was right next to our balcony. It was very relaxing to hear them croak at night. There's a barbecue area. We went to a nearby village on an ebike which the hotel lent us, bought some meat, and then grilled our own lunch. The staff helped us prepare all the ingredients for just 100 RMB. Overall, I strongly recommend this place as a nature retreat.

Friendly and quietly located hotel. Immediately on arrival, you feel more like a family member than a regular hotel guest. The hotel is beautifully located a little “of the beaten track” but close to Zhangjiajie Forrest Park entrance. You can take a 10 min walk to the park entrance or the hotel will happily take you there by car. The hotel is clean, modern and offers most things you can wish for. The staff is extremely helpful for any requests you may have. This side of the park is less busy and we found it very convenient to visit Avatar Mountains with less people to fight with. The stay is also much more genuine than staying at one of the bigger hotels. If you plan to visit Tianmen Mountains, the location is a bit distant but transportation are available on requests. We truly had a great experience.

This hotel was perfect. Location just a short 5 minute walk from the west gate to Zhangjiajie national park - or the inn manager is happy to drop you down in his car. We booked a room with a mountain view and it certainly did!!! Photos were taken from our room’s balcony. Rooms are so clean and modern and comfortable. Lucas the inn manager was so helpful - nothing was too much trouble, he gave us advice before we booked and great itinerary for each day that we stayed so that we saw as much as possible. He even booked tickets for us and arranged our car ride out on our last day which was fantastic. The food at the hotel was really delicious - we are vegetarian and we ate all our meals there. There is a Chinese or western breakfast to choose from. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for the best experience of the park - 5 stars!!

We chose this hostel because it is 5 minutes walk from the Yangjiajie entrance and it was a success. Very friendly and attentive staff, good and abundant food, simple but clean and well equipped rooms. To top off the adorable dog they have made our stay much happier. Upon arriving at Zhangjiajie airport, the owner was waiting for us to take us to the hostel with his car, I recommend this way because the park is an hour away and it can be difficult to get transportation. Regarding the food it is advisable to pay a little more and to be cooked in the same hostel so you will save time because there are no restaurants nearby.
