房間和服務都不錯，就是餐廳座椅上有飯後留下的殘跡，能處理乾淨就很好了，酒店離雪如意雪場很近，方便，下次如果去雪如意的話可能應該還會選擇這裏

非常不滿意
1:定了2晚的套房，酒店在3層，需要在1樓找到對應電梯，再從2樓下電梯繞遠坐另一個電梯，才能通往3樓去。
2:套房的廁所玻璃推拉門是壞的，下面沒有扣好，晃來晃去非常危險，滑雪完差點摔在這裏
3:早餐難吃
4:酒店的房卡第二天刷不了，打電話給前台，連續2次都忙音聯繫不到，長途跋涉去樓下前台後，前台説是我自己的問題，跟手機放一起會消磁。那為啥我其他酒店不會？
5:停車場差
6:酒店本來就不是滑進滑出，3樓下去還的繞遠，問前台能不能提供下推車，以為套房應該有提供，酒店説給別人用了。
7:提前一天酒店打電話跟我確認入住時間時，連續2天打了2遍，我説第一遍確認過了，我工作忙，對方説不可能打過
8:我的房間位置很不好，可以説我找了至少1小時，本來電梯就不通3樓，到了3樓後房間並不在正對面的2條主道上，而是僅靠電梯左側一個非常像消防通道的小門走進去後才是，指示牌的箭頭也不清楚，總是容易走錯。

體驗真的好好！一開始還以為會有人吸煙 但發現酒店根本禁煙的！也不知道之前的評論是為何説有吸煙的人 👍
尤其感謝兩位前台妹子 王雅珍 王凱軒 很耐心幫我弄無證認證入住！還給我們很高效的處理了送雪票！以後來崇禮 打算就住在這裏啦！ 真的是衹想着滑雪了 完全忘記要住酒店帶身份證 甚至崇禮回京的高速路也有人檢查身份證訊息 也提醒大家最好要帶身份證

性價比不高的酒店 也不是雪場酒店 比奧運村強一點點有限 去客房繞半天。住兩天中間還要去重新辦卡 一來一回15分鐘，總之感覺就是比奧運村大一點而已 軟件，服務，設施和奧運村沒啥區別
