Very satisfied with the service, cucumber mask, foot bath and foot soaking to relieve fatigue before going to bed. The catering service in the Chinese restaurant is very user-friendly. The dishes are large and you can order half a portion. I ate three meals in just one and a half days. Before leaving, I gave away dried jujube slices. Mr. Liu at the front desk was very considerate and helped me rent a car. In short, everything from the guest rooms to the catering to the front desk service is very good. My family and I are very satisfied and highly recommend~

Room was small. Smelt of cooking in the morning. Only paper cups provided instead of proper cups for tea. Shower gel and shampoo was not replenished. Cleanliness was good, sheets were clean. Location is ok. You must be diligent to get a taxi as it is located in a government office area so not much cars after hours.

Very good hostel to stay in Zhangye and travel around. Hostel itself is clean, conveniently located and comfortable. You can book tours with the hostel to nearby attractions such as Zhangye Rainbow Mountain, Pingshanhu or Mati Temple (very useful as they organize the transport to the places, which can be tricky or time-consuming with public transports here). Recommended!

The temperature on the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted in the room. The windows can be opened a little, which helped but it was still very hot at night.

It's a bit of a make do, but the experience is very bad for two reasons: 1. When I moved in in November, there was not enough hot water and the bath water became cold after a short shower. The second person to wash almost always uses warm water. 2. In room 501, there is a light on the ceiling above the bed that is always on, even when the card is removed. I hope the hotel can improve on these two points. There are also the following small points that need improvement; 1.TV cannot be watched normally 2. The hair dryer cannot be used after one minute of continuous use. 3. Please ensure that the kettle can be used normally Fortunately, the colorful Danxia is beautiful and the hotel is conveniently located.

I was quite pleasantly surprised. The room I booked was upgraded to a free room type. The decoration of the room is very fashionable and the shower water is very sufficient. When we checked in, the weather was cold, so the lady at the front desk helped pour hot tea, and the check-in was very fast. She also prepared good night milk. When checking out, the lady at the front desk enthusiastically prepared a souvenir, which contained a small gift. It's also very heartwarming, full of details, even to the point of being a bit hardcore. After a round of the Qinggan-Gansu Ring Road, this hotel is the most satisfying.

We came in very late and the front desk team at the hotel was just superb ! I made some mistakes in my booking and they happily and readily helped correct that. Although the front desk was very busy with many checking in, the attitude of the team was just wonderful. Special mention for Winnie and Carl. Their team spirit and “can do” attitude was most impressive. Other then the many checking in, there were kids sent by parents to do laundry asking for assistance. Winnie had to listened to the mom giving instructions via the wrist watch of the kid. Winnie handled in patiently and most politely. Her display of customer service was first rate !! I will definitely stay here again and tell my friends to do so too.

When you enter the lobby, you will feel the grandeur. The room is also very comfortable. The well-placed footbath is considerate for travelers. The customer service attitude is also good. The location is convenient, a few minutes walk to the Big Buddha Temple. Seeing the special shared tea space project, I set aside an afternoon to go to the Great Buddha Temple and the central square to replenish water after a dry tour in the Northwest. In the dry and hot weather, it is pleasant enough to taste Longjing slowly. What I want to complain about is the breakfast, the taste and quality are not satisfactory.

This hotel accepts foreigners, even during the latest Nanjing outbreak. Health code, recent travel history, date of entry into China and used mode of transport were checked at the entrance. The check-in itself was incredibly fast, as the young woman at the reception knew exactly how to register a foreigner, no problems in this department. We booked the deluxe suite, which was quite spacious and nice. Just the glass between the living room and bathroom had small transparent areas, making it a little bit awkward. In the evening we had a nice massage in our room, we can strongly recommend that. The room was tidy, the water in the shower was hot and with high pressure. The breakfast was only Chinese style, however coffee was available. The hotel has enough parking space over- and underground. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.
