You can just call the waiter to get it, and you can also send things. Soon, the waiter who delivered the things was also very polite. Since there were two of us staying, he ordered 2 more bottles of mineral water, which were also free. When we came back in the evening, the waiter had already helped us tidy up the room and brought cookies and milk, which was very considerate. There are also many types of breakfast, including the Minnan noodle paste, which is hot and delicious. Both Chinese and Western breakfast are available. It is particularly worth mentioning that staying in this hotel feels very safe. We carelessly forgot to lock the car when parking. The front desk called us in the evening and said that the hotel security patrol found that we did not lock the car and reminded us to go and lock it. . I will stay here next time! ! !

The service provided by Xiaojiao at the front desk was very good. We upgraded to a family room. The hotel is very large and there are many attractions nearby. We didn't drive but parking was convenient. Booked during the special price period, great value. Big bathtub, big balcony. Although the gym and swimming pool are not used, you can use them if you need them. When you go out the back door and follow the light trail, you can see the most beautiful night view in Zhangzhou, and there is also a music, water, dance and light show, which is great!

I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. I understand it’s not mandatory to have a full English speaking staff, but I think at least one person per shift should be able to speak some English in case someone needs it. Another point that needs improvement was the gym. Objects were unorganized, it looked abandoned. Besides all of this, when I come back, I might give this hotel another chance, the rooms are clean, the location is good and I am usually someone who’s loyal to brands.
