我願給到五星🌟，因為前台服務非常用心，真是太太太棒了！我忘記身份證放在另一件換下來的外套裏了，一直找不着有些着急，前台一位姓黃的小妹妹一直安撫我的情緒，引導我回憶身份證放哪裡了，並表示找不到沒關係，可以先到旁邊的政務服務機打印臨時身份證。

酒店的服務不錯哦，預訂時，就接到前台打電話提前告知酒店部分房間在空調改造施工，開始還有點擔心，到店後前台貼心的準備了一副耳塞，且房間也給我做了升級，實際我也沒聽到有啥聲音，可見服務員把可能出現的問題都提前溝通做好了準備！

辦理入住時發生了小插曲，小朋友不小心把桌上盆栽的小擺件打破了，前廳丁經理第一時間詢問小朋友是否受傷，及時通知保潔阿姨處理了碎瓷片，很有親和力，還給小朋友送了漳州特色貢糖品嚐[機智]，服務特別周到。

幫父母預訂的房間，長者家不知道怎麼到附近的景點轉轉，前台耐心的給長者家導航，用紙條細心的標註出幾個重要的景點！還贈送了手繪地圖，以及周邊哪有好吃的都推薦了[握手]，特別感謝，父母很滿意，交代一定要給他們好評，客房也乾淨衞生整潔，還細心的給長者家提前鋪好地巾。感謝酒店的用心，有機會下來還來

服務特別棒，現在這個季節人也不多，酒店離海邊近，晚上開車去海岸線走了一圈，景色非常好。酒店服務人員很耐心周到，感覺像到家一樣。前台丁經理和小陳服務特別有耐心，因為報銷的事情麻煩她們，處理的周到及時。

這次出差住了幾家酒店，這家酒店是幾天以來住的最舒服的一晚，房間很大，衞生超級乾淨。廈門就在對岸，風景絕佳，周邊環境非常棒，晚上休息時沒有噪音。前台服務員特別熱情。早餐也不錯。超級推薦，下次還來。
