The environment outside the hotel is very large, with green trees, fish ponds and lotus flowers. It is very comfortable to take a walk. The room is spacious, clean, hygienic, and has no peculiar smell. The sound insulation is good and you can sleep quietly. Thank you for the fruit provided by the hotel. The buffet breakfast is also great. There is a large meeting room, which makes people feel comfortable overall. It is suitable for parent-child travel and business meetings.

You can just call the waiter to get it, and you can also send things. Soon, the waiter who delivered the things was also very polite. Since there were two of us staying, he ordered 2 more bottles of mineral water, which were also free. When we came back in the evening, the waiter had already helped us tidy up the room and brought cookies and milk, which was very considerate. There are also many types of breakfast, including the Minnan noodle paste, which is hot and delicious. Both Chinese and Western breakfast are available. It is particularly worth mentioning that staying in this hotel feels very safe. We carelessly forgot to lock the car when parking. The front desk called us in the evening and said that the hotel security patrol found that we did not lock the car and reminded us to go and lock it. . I will stay here next time! ! !

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.
