A very good apartment-style hotel. I stayed here when I came to Zhengzhou. Zhenghongcheng Shopping Mall is downstairs. It is very convenient for eating, drinking, playing and shopping. It is also very convenient for going to nearby attractions such as the zoo and Henan Museum. The subway entrance is right outside the door downstairs. It is very good. The room facilities are relatively complete, including washing machines, refrigerators, etc. The hygiene is also very clean. I felt very good when I first arrived in the room. I will stay here again.

The service is very good. We booked a double bed room and were upgraded to a suite. It was really good. The room was big and clean and the environment was not noisy. There is a large yard outside for parking. I like it very much. Fat Dong Lai Angel City Store Direct check-in is also very close

The hotel and room was quite clean. However, the clothes hanger had a but of dusts on it. The free orange that was provided was very dry and tasteless. Perhaps it could be a design flaw, however, the shower room was poorly constructed and a little of water could easily slipped through the glass door. what puzzled me was how the excess water was able to enter the toilet which was next door. Basically the room and the toilet was slightly flooded as a result. I had to call the hotel to request for them to help clean the excess water. Unfortunately, i did not took any photos of the incident.

The hotel was recommended by a colleague. I booked it on behalf of my family. The room facilities are complete, with smart brand bathrooms. The laundry room is very clean. The cleaning lady is considerate and polite. She helps to deliver the laundry to save time and folds it and delivers it to the room. The overall environment of the lobby is good, the air is fresh, and it is a full non-smoking mode, but there are still people smoking. It's really distressing. The breakfast is rich in variety, clean and hygienic. You can eat local food directly in the hotel. It is very convenient. The preferred hotel near the museum must be fully recommended with five stars

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Wanda Vista, Zhengzhou this past weekend. The accomodations were spectacular, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the Executive Lounge was amazing. The views from our room and the lounge were fantastic, and the buffet breakfast had everything you could want. However it was the excellent service we received from Selina in the Executive Lounge that will have us coming back to this hotel. She was so friendly and gracious everytime we spoke to her, and she made a point of coming to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. With excellent English, she was able to serve us in a way that is not always common in many high-end hotels here. Selina is a huge reason why we enjoyed our stay, and we promised her we will be coming back on a monthly basis as a result. Thank you Selina!!

I checked in late in the middle of the night on the same day. After I checked in, I went upstairs to swipe the room card to know that the floor and room number arranged by the hotel were the numbers that people avoided. After asking the front desk, I didn’t know that the guests were taboo. As a four-star hotel service, I shouldn’t say this. Later, other front desk staff said that they should ask the guests if they have no taboos about the building number and room number. I think that four-star hotels should not have such mistakes. This situation is even more speechless when booking for others.

There is a problem with the shower head. The water pressure is small. The adjustment button is broken. The quilt is too thick. The air conditioner temperature can't drop at night. The quilt is hot. The quilt is slightly cool. The pillow has two (one person and one) too low. I have not lived in a hotel for so many years. I have encountered two pillows for the first time. When I lived, the front desk was blunt and impatient. I was too tired and didn’t have a seizure. I didn’t check out and reminded that the door was a one-way street. The service needed to make persistent efforts.
