Hotel service was very nice. My room was thoroughly cleaned every day. When I checked out the last day too early morning, I can arrive Zhengzhou airport on time by the help of Ms June and a bellboy (sorry, I forgot the name of young man). A packed lunchbox from the hotel was very helpful for me to come back home after the long trip. When I come again to Zhengzhou in future, I will stay again Hilton hotel. Thanks a lot to you all.

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

This is an upscale place! Cool robe, bathtub with television (!), and definitely some very sophisticated and attractive people on the premises. It was exhilarating being so high up, literally and figuratively.

Awesome, clean and comfortable. The warm room is worthy of winter! But it’s been too warm in Zhengzhou these days… I never expected that I could also take a bath, which is great. Breakfast has many varieties and is delicious. Eat a breakfast and you can take care of the whole day... I really feel very good...

The waiter was heartless. My wife brought a lot of luggage and two children to check in first. I went to park the car. After I finished, my wife asked the front desk if they could help deliver it to the guest room. Tell my colleague to give it to me. The person who gave it was a young girl. She helped pull two trolley boxes. My wife carried the heavy items. She was nice and nice throughout the whole process. She thanked her and asked the two children to thank her. In the end, when I parked the car and went to the front desk to brush my face, the girl who helped carry the luggage actually cried and said that my wife was angry with her. Lage ist sehr nahe des Zentrums von Zhengzhou. Ebenfalls in der nähe das grosse Henan Kinderspital. Parkplatz kostenlos vorhanden Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal beim Check-in. Zimmer waren Sauber und sind mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Trotz blick auf Strasse war das Zimmer ruhig. Das reichhaltige Chinesische frühstück war lecker. Nudel und Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Check-out ohne Probleme.
