The room is quite small, with compact layout and internal windows. The air conditioner is set at a constant temperature, which may be for energy saving, but it is also a bit weak. The hotel is very close to the bar street and the location is good.

This time I stayed at the Dehan Hotel as the last stop in Zhuhai. I read the past reviews before booking, and my expectations were not high. After checking in, I felt okay. After communicating with the front desk, they upgraded the family room for free when they saw us taking care of the children. A handsome guy took us to the room and prepared enough drinking water, slippers and other supplies. I feel that they are working hard. Try to make the guests comfortable and satisfied, I think it is very good👍, the location of the hotel is very good, downstairs is the seaside bathing beach, there is a love post office, etc., it is very convenient for children to watch the sea and dig sand. There is a food street to the south on the right side of the hotel. It is convenient to eat anything. There is a Chaoshan snack bar opposite the hotel, which is also quite distinctive. The most commendable thing is that there is a heated swimming pool on the basement floor of the hotel, the water is very clean, and there are not many people these days, which is good. The disadvantage is that the hotel's hardware facilities are relatively old, but the price and location are very worthwhile!

1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

The front desk staff were warm and considerate. The room type I booked was not available at the time, so they upgraded me to a room type. There was freshly ground coffee for breakfast. I don’t know where it is next to the hotel. The rumbling cars were noisy all night, and the hotel toiletries were all there. Herborist brand, the housekeeper seems not to be responsible, the indoor hygiene is not good, garbage remains on the floor, the hand sanitizer bottle is empty, can't be squeezed out at all, and I don't know how to refill it. It seems that the overall management of the housekeeping department is very lacking. The air in the room is not good. The smell of old furniture is mixed with the smell of cigarette smoke and other strong smells caused by crowds of people. The small red dot on the ceiling flashed all night. I don’t know what kind of detection it is. The whole house is intelligently controlled. Xiaoyi’s voice is very diligent. The facilities are quite good, please manage them well.

The location is very good, 3 mins walk to Gongbei Port, lots of eating places near the restaurant. The room itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and modern. Staff are friendly in general, but I have to say the hospitality is something that can be worked on a bit for this hotel. Compared to other five-star hotels in the area, I was indeed a bit taken aback by the less-than-warming hospitality here. Breakfast buffet is certainly satisfying with its variety and taste.
