Great place with good location

First of all, the hotel is very new and clean, but the location is a bit far away. I had to go to Gaolan Port for a business trip, so I chose the Four Seasons Hotel. I had wanted to stay in a hotel of this group before, so I had to give it a try this time! The hotel lobby is bright and simple, and it also has snacks and drinks, which is very considerate😄. The waiter is friendly and check-in is also very fast! The hotel room facilities are also complete, and the toilet and bathroom are well separated from dry and wet areas. Unfortunately, the room is on the lower floor with no view and is a bit noisy! 😅 In addition, although the hotel is new and clean, the bed quilt has some black stains, and the tea set and cups are damaged. It should be that the housekeeping staff did not clean it properly! 😏 The breakfast in the hotel is very good and the food is good👍. There is also a small gym. The overall stay experience is satisfactory!

The hotel is located in Nanshui Shopping Plaza. It is convenient for eating and transportation. The room decoration is relatively new and the hygiene is good! Airport pick-up requires a reservation 3 hours in advance for 50 yuan, but it is a pity that we were unable to see you off when we left the hotel and went to the airport. Overall very satisfied

The rooms are tastefully furnished. The disadvantage is that when taking a bath, when turning to hot water, the water power immediately weakens.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. She upgraded the room to a suite for the first time. I was very satisfied. I will stay at her house next time I travel to Zhuhai for business.

Everything was perfect. The only drawback was that I woke up in the middle of the night with sweat and heat. When I got up, I found that the air conditioner had turned off by itself. In fact, I only adjusted the exhaust before going to bed. I pressed the switch many times but nothing happened and it couldn't be restarted. Finally, I was going to call the front desk. I tried to turn on Xiaodu successfully, and then I adjusted the temperature, but the air conditioner turned off by itself when it was getting dark. Other than this issue, everything else is really good.
