Will not recommend this hotel at all! Be it the services from the front desk, room cleanliness or facilities, it's not even near top notch. The hotel location is not easy to find. Taxi or ride-hailing services like DiDi have to take several detours, sometimes even unable to locate the hotel. The front desk service is even worse! When we arrived for check-in, the front desk staff wasn't very friendly, even seemed reluctant to welcome us. This service attitude was bad enough, but on the second day of our stay, we accidentally discovered that the person who provided such poor service had actually entered the wrong passport number for us during check-in. Well, how "professional"! Besides that, the rooms weren't very clean either. We booked two rooms in total and in one of them, we found ***** hair under the pillow. It was quite disgusting. The hotel rooms are also quite old and with quite a bit of dust. The soundproofing of the rooms is also not good; you can hear noise from other rooms. Another issue is their air con. The aircon is faulty and will be undergoing maintenance at night, so there will not be any cool air or wind. This was not communicated to us upon check in. When we reached back to the hotel, the room was like a sauna! When we checked with the front-desk agent, she said this will go on for days or weeks and there is nothing they can do. She even recommended us to open the window for cool air while it was raining heavily outside. I was pretty speechless about it! We booked this hotel based on the good reviews. If we did not experience it ourselves, we might have been deceived by the good reviews. This was just a one-time experience; we won't book again. 这家酒店就不推荐了,不管是前台服务到房间清洁或设施都不推。 酒店地点并不是那么好找,打出租车或滴滴的都要绕上好几圈,有时还找不到酒店。 酒店前台服务人员更是离谱!我们抵达要入住的时候,前台人员并不是很友善,甚至有点不想迎接的态度。这服务态度也就算了。我们在入住第二天偶然发现,在入住时,那位服务极差的人员竟然登记错了我们的护照号。呵呵,真“专业”! 除此,房间并没有很干净。我们一共订了两间房,其中一间在床上,枕头下发现了阴毛,真够恶心。酒店房间也比较老旧,灰尘有点多。房间隔音也不好,别的房间的声音也听得到。还有,酒店房间的空调有问题。到了晚上开了16度都不冷,像个烤炉一样!给前台打了电话询问,说他们正在维修,这段时间都是这样,他们也没办法,让我们在雷雨夜打开窗户睡觉。真是服了他们了。 原本看着这家酒店都是好评才预定的。如果不是亲身住过,有可能被好评骗过去了。仅此一次,不会再订。

hotel has some renovations going on so was noisy. choose the rooms facing the inside instead of the main street as there are people shouting and promoting early in the morning. breakfast is nothing fantastic but ok. hotel gave an upgrade for the inconvenience caused so overall ok but will choose other locations in future

We had an excellent stay at Ramada. Elegant decor, clean facilities and shops and multiple food options abound, even late into the night. What really stood out for us was the excellent service from Ms Yoyo 肖友. My daughter had bought a number of stuffs from taobao for delivery to the hotel but the couriers delivered them to the deposit boxes instead. Upon hearing this, Yoyo went out of her way to help us pick them up and packed them in a big bag for us, even after her office hours. Even during her off days, Yoyo sent us suggestions on where to visit and eat in Changsha, which were really helpful. I traveled a lot for work and stayed mostly at international hotels. It iis rare to come across a hotel and staffs like Yoyo who make sure its guests have a wonderful stay in their cities! Thanks!

Hotel location is decent - convenience stores nearby and 5 mins walk to metro. About 15-20 mins toaon attractions by taxi. Some reviews have said that taxi drivers found the hotel hard to locate but I didn't have this problem at all - type 'Xiaoying Ramada Hotel' into the Didi app. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air con was great - this is SO important I Changsha during the summer. All the staff, from front desk to cleaners were incredibly polite and efficient. Breakfast was pretty good. Would definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Changsha.

my room got some bad smell, after my complaint, the front desk changed to a new room and upgrade to a higher floor. room is spacious and air conditioning is good.

We enjoyed the friendly and attentive service frim the staff. The Hotel has a convenient location near metro dongtang. The room was clean and big enough with all amenities what we need such as water cooker, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. We would stay again there.
