Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

A superb experience, with the bedroom and the bath tub is so gorgeous , and the service is excellent with all the staff is so friendly and warm to serve n help. There are even two floors of swimming pools, which the outdoor one is def a floor to pick. The breakfast also offers varieties of food, and unlimited supply till 10:30. It’s a wonderful stay at St Regis and we will come again.

Just at the riverside overlooking Macau. There was a firework on the night of our arrival and it was a great experience. Breakfast spread was great but the pastries could use some improvement. Har kow and the made-to-order cheong fun were superb. Great service by the staffs despite full-house thanks to the mid autumn festival holiday.

My first time at the St. Regis Zhuhai and it was fabulous. The service was excellent especially Grayson and Chris who were my butlers. They were absolutely fantastic. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks St. Regis staff for.the free upgrade as well

Very good travel experience and this is my second stay in this hotel. Luxurious design with decent and clean room. Special thanks to Front Desk manager Sean, who provided top-of-class service and travel advices to us during our stay. We will definitely come and visit again in the future !

I am absolutely thrilled with my stay at this wonderful the Zhuhai St Regis Hotel! The housekeeping team has kept my room immaculate, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes me feel right at home. Manageress Ms. Andy, one of the staff members, has been so incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs are taken care of during my stay. Dining at 71/F, another F&B manageress Rita from the restaurant staff has been an absolute delight, providing top-notch service with a warm and welcoming smile. I couldn't be happier with my decision to stay the hotel for two nights. The exceptional service and attention to detail from the staff have truly made my experience unforgettable. I am looking forward to enjoying the rest of my stay and making the most of my time here. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable! An excellent experience in the city of Zhuhai.

Every thing is perfect hotel good big room service good but little disappointed for breakfast all chines food first time I see hotel breakfast only chines food otherwise perfect

Positives Hotel quality and finishing were top notch, room decoration was impeccable.  They decorated the room for birthday celebration and Terry Our Butler bought in a chocolate cake late night on our return from dinner. The butler service was on the spot this time and even sent my pillow request past midnight The team understood both Cantonese as well as English better compared to the Shenzhen branch Breakfast was decent but seating was Adhoc as they turned the bar area also into breakfast tables so we were a bit cramp. They threw in a welcome drinks as Elite members. however the card had clearly state to submit this at recepy lobby but actually we should have taken it directly down to the 41st floor bar for consumption as they do not deliver this to a bedroom. Two pools on different floors however the indoor pool was 1.4 m deep which was not to child friendly. The indoor pool had a light Jacuzzi and to our surprise the changing room also had Jacuzzi with steam room and hot stone beds for free. The rooftop pool was not heated however they had powerful massage functions. Negatives We booked two rooms, one king and one twin because they only have limited twin rooms we had to be separated on different floor levels. We requested non-smoking rooms and the twin room was not available until very late in the evening for check-in and they kindly extended our stay until 3 pm for both rooms. The location is quite out of stick and the nearest shopping mall is a good 10 minutes walk outdoor. There areas some restaurants at the exhibition centre which am not sure were opened fully.

Staying at the St Regis Macau was a wonderful experience, despite it being a weekend and very busy, the checkin process was efficient and welcoming. The room was spacious and well equipped with everything needed. The bathtub was comfortable with a stunning view, particularly at sunset. The Buffet Breakfast had a large selection of both eastern and western cuisine and extremely helpful and attentive staff.

Very good service and very nice location. We have booked 3 rooms for our family. The view from our Suite is superb.

The hotel is in a great location. A shopping mall is located at 10 mins walk with Aeon and other famous restaurants in the region. The service of the hotel, overall speaking, was good. We got upgraded to Shizimen River view, after waiting for half an hour before it's our turn to check-in. The room cleanliness can be improved a bit as we could see an empty water bottle was lying under the washing basin and the toilet paper, as well as the shampoo, went out quickly. However, apart from these minor things, the room was fantastic. Spacious and modernized room with splendid night view. The bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, but you better get there before 9:30 or else it will be a long queue. All in all, will definitely book St Regis Zhuhai again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at St Regis Zhuhai that is near Hengqin Port and it was nothing short of exceptional.
