Best location, big room for Japan. Beautiful furniture in rooms. Very good place for staying

Location is good if you need to take Limousine Airport bus to and from airport. Room size is very big. We booked the room with 3 big beds so can fit all 4 of us comfortably.

It is quite quiet nearby at night.

5 minutes from the station? There is a Z subway, and if you walk about 10 minutes, there is an A-line subway. There is a 24-hour mart right next to the mart, and there are convenience stores nearby. There is also a T-cat bus terminal that goes round to Narita Airport!! The location and accessibility are great. Tokyo is great for going around tourist spots just by taking the subway. The accommodation changed the towels every day and cleaned the room once during the 4 nights. They also provided 2 bottles of water every day. The amenities are very diverse and the best! The accommodation is very clean, spacious and nice! The water pressure in the bathroom is also the best!!

I like it very much. It is the largest room I have stayed in in Tokyo at the same price. The facilities are classic but very clean. I feel that the owner has taste. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Ningyocho subway station. There is Arashio stable nearby. If you are lucky, you may see sumo morning training. I will stay here again next time.

I stayed here on a business trip. The lobby is perfect for a guesthouse, and you can serve yourself coffee and other drinks. There are desks and chairs, so you can use it as a place to stay outside of your room. It's a little far from the station, but within walking distance. There aren't many shops in the area, so it may be a little inconvenient. The room is relatively large and comfortable, and there is a desk and chair to work in. Pajamas, a smartphone charging cable, and an air purifier are also provided in the room. There is a trouser press in the hallway, and you can borrow one when you need it. This is a very convenient guesthouse. It seems that check-in is not generally done at night, so I think it's better to check in before the evening.
