Zhuhai Hotels with Wi-Fi

We enjoyed our stays there as the location is so near the train and bus station. We are all seniors and need to walk to the hotel with luggage is not easy. L hotel is so near to the border from Macau. The hotel receptionist and cleaners are all very attentive. This is not my 1st time stay, previously came with my family.

The location is very good, 3 mins walk to Gongbei Port, lots of eating places near the restaurant. The room itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and modern. Staff are friendly in general, but I have to say the hospitality is something that can be worked on a bit for this hotel. Compared to other five-star hotels in the area, I was indeed a bit taken aback by the less-than-warming hospitality here. Breakfast buffet is certainly satisfying with its variety and taste.

The staff at Charming are generally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My husband was looking for hot Americano at 10pm last night but there wasn’t a single cafe around the area after walking round. When we approached the front desk for help, Mr Howard Zheng and his staff Diana/Dana (new foreigner staff whom I didn’t quite get her name) were ready to help. They personally took the initiative to lead my husband and I through the streets to an alley where there was still a cafe opened till 11pm and we enjoyed our cup of Americano. Mr Howard even gave us his contact before leaving and offered to come and guide us back to the hotel if we needed help. That’s what I called Superb service !

1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

The hotel room is fairly big for the price we pay. It is clean and the fixtures inside are in good condition. The hotel front desk staff are happy and helpful. Breakfast is good for the price charged. There are many different food (vegetable, dim sum, noodle, fried rice etc) to select from. Its location is good. It is close to the control point with Macau. It is also very close to the HK, Zhu Hai & Macau Bridge control point. Overall, we have a very happy stay at the hotel.

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.

I have stayed in the United States many times and had a very good impression. I was not disappointed this time. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the seaside. It only takes about ten minutes to walk along Chittagong Road. The hotel facilities are very good, fully equipped, clean and hygienic, and parking is very convenient. Special praise to the front desk lady for her hospitality and well-trained staff. She also upgraded us to a deluxe room.

A friend booked a hotel. Maybe this hotel was built earlier, so the overall facilities are already older! But I still have to give him good reviews because the service provided by Ms. Wang at the front desk is so enthusiastic! Because we wanted to go to Macau the next day, they kept helping us contact the car to go to Macau, helped me negotiate the price, and even gave us breakfast! Just for this enthusiasm, I must give it five stars!

Convenient location. Walking distance from Gongbei Crossing. Plenty of food options nearby. Room design is well thought out, very functional. Included breakfast has good variety, better than most other Holiday Inn Express hotels. 距離拱北口岸步行約15分鐘，服務人員速度快 ，早餐豐盛，附近很多選擇性的餐廳，走十分鐘路程就可以扺達夏灣小吃夜市

The price is affordable, the location is convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby. The interior decoration is normal, but the bed is a bit hard. I have a soft bed, so I think it is hard, but it is acceptable. Two children, one older and one younger (ten years old), are very happy and have a double bed. There are fruits for delivery
