fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next traveling.

There are two major problems. 1. There is a large boiler room under the building on the side near the gymnasium. There is always a lot of low-frequency noise. People with poor sleep should choose carefully. 2. The air conditioner is on the wall and blows towards the bed. Others are good or bad. There is also a small problem. The TV in our room is just for decoration and cannot be connected to the Internet (no one watches TV now anyway, so it doesn't matter)

Super satisfied. The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby. If you don’t like spicy food, I recommend New Bailu. The hotel lobby is just a minute away. It’s very convenient. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come. Laundry is also very convenient, there is a washer and dryer. Although the restaurant is small, the food in the small restaurant tastes great. It's just a few minutes away from the subway station, so it's very convenient to go to Hangzhou.

Service: The hotel staff called us the night before our check-in to let us know that the hotel car couldn't drive directly to the entrance and directed us where to get off. It was only about a five-minute walk, which was quite convenient. They also informed us about parking vouchers if we drove, otherwise, parking would be expensive. Plus, staying at this hotel meant a 50% discount on admission tickets. I casually asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a lake-view room, and the staff said since there weren't many guests and rooms were available, they upgraded us for free! That was truly fantastic. Environment: The hotel is located inside the scenic area, right next to Mirror Lake. It was very quiet during our stay, and at night, when we opened the window, we could see the lake. The air and surrounding environment are beautiful. Facilities: All necessary facilities are available, including a Xiaomi TV and effective air conditioning. The room also had complimentary milk, snacks, and fruits. The bed was to my liking; I slept very comfortably, and it was quite spacious. The only minor drawback was that the glass between the toilet and shower wasn't opaque, but as a couple, it wasn't a big issue for us. Hygiene: The hygiene was quite good; I didn't find any flaws. Overall, it's definitely worth staying. The excellent service alone adds a huge plus.

This e-sports hotel is really the gospel of the game party! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. The computer configuration was directly full. The graphics card and processor were very good. The accommodation experience was not dropped. The hygiene was in place and there was no smell. There are also small refrigerators and beverage snack cabinets, hungry and thirsty to replenish energy at any time, it is tailor-made for the night. This is hotel is renovated lately so provides good amenities .. but the rooms are quite small and even the washroom is very small .. rest is ok
