I chose this hotel for my business trip to Shaoxing, and the location is quite convenient. My overall stay was pretty good. Before checking in, I added the hotel butler on WeChat, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The hotel environment is nice, there's a swimming pool on the first floor, and food deliveries can even be brought to your door by a robot. One slight inconvenience is that the hotel doesn't have a self-service laundry room, and the paid laundry service also closes quite early every day. Also, the soundproofing is really subpar; I could hear people knocking on doors and talking in the hallway in the early hours of the morning. I had to sleep with earplugs and an eye mask both nights I stayed. The cleanliness was good, and the hotel breakfast was also nice. Overall, I'm still quite satisfied.

Overall, it was decent. However, the hot water wasn't hot enough for some reason, and it kept fluctuating between cold and hot during my shower, which left me shivering.

We stayed for one day during the May Day holiday. The staff were very welcoming. The two 1.35-meter beds were spacious enough for our family of four. In the evening, desserts and drinks were provided. The swimming pool wasn't crowded and the water was clean, which the kids really enjoyed. After check-out, the hotel even gave us some local specialty snacks. Overall, it exceeded our expectations.

Great facility, Great location, Great food, Great service and Great view. Stayed three nights there with no problem at all. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. Two minutes walk from Keqiao Ancient Town for evening chill and Five to Ten minutes walk from Textile Markets depending on your textile needs The breakfast menu is same for all day but the taste was great. The receptionists are not very well in English but always ready to help your needs. Room Service was so great. The view from our room is not very well but can see the canal and the old home.
