It’s a great hotel that is very new and modem. The rooms are a great size and feature a giant 75 inch tv recessed in the wall. There’s a fridge with coke and sprite and bottled water which is ( usually) topped up each day. The staff appear to nit be able to speak any English whatsoever, which could possibly be a big problem. The included breakfast is supposed to have a western portion but that was non existent, including no cold milk for the small amount of cereal they provided. The cleaning maintenance, especially in the public areas is quite poor, especially the carpeted areas including the lifts. The hotel isn’t complete yet, they are still working of different floors so that’s a reason for the dirt possibly. Smoking is everywhere including the lounge areas in the lobby and the breakfast area, but in this city, seems to be par for the course. (Revolting). The price is quite reasonable, given what you get, although i found out that the Hyatt Regency was only about $50 Australian dollars a night more and vastly superior. To sim up, you get what you pay for, but in this case, apart from the shortcomings mentioned, that’s quite a lot.

The Xingchen Hotel I stayed at during this trip to Zhuzhou, Hunan is really excellent! Good environment, good location, large rooms, complete facilities, warm and generous staff who always consider customers. The restaurant also has rich food. It is not bad to praise it.

The front desk staff provided good service, sweet smiles and offered tea to guests. The room environment was very good and the facilities were complete, making people feel at ease. The hotel breakfast was also very good, especially the freshly squeezed soy milk and noodles.

The environment is very high-end, the room is very spacious, the product is very new, the front desk speaks softly, and the room aunt will take the initiative to say hello when she meets. It is a very pleasant stay experience

I stayed with my mother. The hotel is easy to find, right by the road. The room is reasonably furnished, spacious and bright, clean and sanitary, with relatively complete facilities. The breakfast is very rich. However, if you want to change the TV channel to watch other programs, you need to activate VIP, so the elderly can't watch TV.

Very satisfied, very satisfied, I booked the hotel for a business trip. Three girls booked a family room, which is very cost-effective. It is clean, the bed is big, and the decoration style is very modern. The breakfast is very rich. In short, I like it very much. After climbing Wugong Mountain, I drove directly to the hotel. I was unhappy from the moment I checked in. When I got there, I couldn't enter my identity information directly into the machine. I had to take photos of all our ID cards and said that I would enter the information later. I didn't want to waste my time. Although I felt uncomfortable, I also expressed my understanding. The check-in time was too long. I didn't know what the front desk was doing. It took us a group of people to drive down the mountain to the hotel. I was super tired. I told the front desk to hurry up and I was tired, but they were still procrastinating. Later, they directly said that they needed to check some information and they would check it after we checked in. I wanted to check in quickly. My anger value started to rise here. Then I went to the room. I booked two rooms, a family room and a double room, but I was given a double room with a big bed. Ha, I had to communicate and couldn't take a shower directly. I called the front desk in the hotel room, but I couldn't get through. I couldn't get through using the room landline. I don't know if you are furious when you make seven or eight calls and no one answers and something happens. I was anyway. I had no choice but to communicate at the front desk. Half an hour passed from discovery to communication to resolution. I had planned to take a quick shower and massage at the hotel, but I didn't go because of this. I'm really speechless. Someone suggested giving me a membership card as compensation after the problem was solved, but I don't want that.

As expected, it just opened, the facilities are invincible, TV membership (I watched 5 movies in the afternoon + evening), voice curtains, voice lighting. But the water in the refrigerator smells like durian.
